Futures Prop Firm Rule Radar

Every night Rule Radar archives the help center of every futures prop firm on the price list and shows exactly what changed: which page, which line, dated, before and after. Payout terms, consistency rules, drawdown math, activation fees: firms rewrite these without an announcement, and this is where you catch it. Updated pages open to the exact wording that changed, every article keeps a full version history you can compare, and a plain-English line on each row says what happened. Nothing here is written by the firms. It is their own help center, read every day and kept. – Jmu (@jmutrades)

Before
TL;DR: The maximum loss limit (MLL) at FundedNext Futures is the total loss allowed before an account is permanently breached. It follows a trailing end-of-day (EOD) system, updating once per day based on the highest balance reached, moving up with profits but never decreasing with losses. Once the MLL reaches the initial account balance, it locks and no longer increases (For Bolt, Flex and Rapid Pro and Daily It locks at initial balance + $100). If equity falls below the MLL at any time, the account is breached.
The maximum loss limit is the total amount a trader can lose in their Futures Challenge or FundedNext Account before their account is restricted from further trading. The maximum loss limit (MLL) follows a trailing end-of-day (EOD) system. This means it updates once per day, based on the highest balance your account reached that day. It doesn't change in real-time but adjusts at the end of each trading day.
− For a detailed walkthrough, please refer to the video below. Where the general trailing drawdown is explained.

Note: For Bolt, Flex and Rapid Pro and Daily the maximum loss limit stops trailing at Initial balance + $100.

− TL;DR: The FundedNext Futures Dashboard updates at the end of each trading day (EOD), typically after 5:00 PM CT. It tracks trading days, consistency, and performance metrics. The daily loss limit (DLL) and the maximum loss limit (MLL) breaches trigger immediate notifications, but live PnL tracking is not available.
− The FundedNext Futures Dashboard is designed to help traders monitor performance and risk. While it does not provide live updates, it captures key trading metrics at specific intervals. This ensures traders have accurate daily summaries of trading activity, consistency, and breach notifications without the noise of real-time fluctuations.
End-of-Day (EOD) Updates
At the end of each trading day, the trading dashboard for futures updates important statistics to provide a clear summary of performance. These include:
Section: End-of-Day (EOD) Updates
− - Trading Days Count: Displays the number of active trading days.
− - Consistency Metrics: Evaluate trading habits to assess stability in performance.
− - Performance Indicators: Summarizes profit/loss trends, win rates, and overall evaluation metrics.
− The dashboard does not track metrics in real time. Instead, it is updated at the end of each trading day.
− Daily Loss Limit notification
− - The dashboard does not update all values in real time when a breach occurs. Only a notification and a banner indicating the account has been breached will be displayed.
− - If a trader reaches or exceeds the daily loss limit, the dashboard will show an immediate notification at that moment.
− - However, traders will not see any updates before or during the breach. Updates will appear only after they have occurred.
− Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) Notification
− - The dashboard does not update all values upon a breach. Only a notification and banner indicating the account has been breached will appear, and maximum losses are not tracked in real-time.
− - There is no continuous tracking of losses. Traders are notified only when the limit is reached.
− - Until a breach occurs, the displayed balance remains unchanged.
These updates are important because they ensure accurate performance tracking, clear risk notifications, and a simplified trading experience for better focus and strategy execution.

+ No Tradeify or Tradovate Connection in the Connection List
+ Symptoms: Tradeify and Tradovate do not appear anywhere in NinjaTrader's list of available connections, even though many other brokers do.
+ Cause: There is no Tradeify connection type and no Tradovate connection type in NinjaTrader. Tradeify accounts use NinjaTrader's own NinjaTrader connection type, with your Tradovate credentials entered into it. Reinstalling NinjaTrader will not add a Tradovate entry to the list.
+ Solution: If NinjaTrader Desktop shows a login screen at startup, sign in with the Tradovate credentials from the top of your Tradeify dashboard — no connection needs to be configured. If you use Multi-Provider Mode there is no login screen, so go to Connections > configure, double-click NinjaTrader in the Available list, enter your Tradovate username and password, and set Account type to Simulation. Full steps: NinjaTrader 8 Setup Guide.

+ In most cases you never need that list at all: logging into NinjaTrader Desktop with the Tradovate credentials from your Tradeify dashboard at the startup login screen connects you automatically.
+ If You Use Multi-Provider Mode
+ If you have Multi-Provider Mode enabled, NinjaTrader Desktop does not show a login screen when it starts, so you must create the connection yourself:
+ - Open the NinjaTrader Desktop Control Center and go to Connections > configure.
+ - In the Available list on the left, double-click NinjaTrader. This is the correct connection type for Tradeify accounts — not NinjaTrader Continuum, not NinjaTrader FXCM, and not Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage.
+ - A connection called My NinjaTrader appears under Configured. You can rename it to Tradeify (or anything else) in the Connection name field.
+ - Enter the Tradovate User name and Password from the top of your Tradeify User Dashboard.
+ - Set Account type to Simulation if you are on an Evaluation or Sim Funded (aka Lightning Funded) account. Never select Live.
+ - Click Apply, then OK. Your new connection is now available from the Connections menu in the Control Center.
