If your balance falls to your established EOD minimum balance at any point, the evaluation has failed.
=> You can monitor your minimum trailing balance in realtime with Rithmic by using the "Auto Liquidate Threshold Value" in RTrader Pro.
=> You can monitor your minimum trailing balance in realtime with Tradovate by using the "Drawdown Auto Liq" column of the Accounts tab.
=> Your BluSky dashboard will also update periodically to show your maximum drawdown left - Here's an example:
Things that DONT fail your account
- Trading news events at your own risk
- Using too many contracts
We will not fail you for using too many contracts and we are able to automatically limit limit your max size if you are trading one product. But if you find a way to use more contracts than your terms, we will liquidate and/or restart your account and/or deny brokerage entry entirely when our system detects it; Please do not exploit the system.
- Trading the wrong hours
We recommend closing all trades before 4:45PM EST; our system attempts to limit when you can trade and will auto-liquidate around 15 minutes before markets close. This is not a guarantee of liquidation.
NOTE: Although our system will do it's best to liquidate trades before the close of market, we still need you to take responsibility for closing your trades.
The system is not perfect. This could result in substantial loss in your account which could then end up being a failure. Please be a responsible trader - We will not adjust accounts that have open positions after 5PM EST.

To successfully pass the evaluation, you must complete the following three goals:
- 1. Reach your profit target
- 2. Maintain Consistency Rules
- 3. Show consistency in attaining profits.
Overview of Consistency Rules:
- 34% Consistency Rule in Propel Premium and Static Evaluations (Except for the 300K Plan 21% Consistency)
Section: To successfully pass the evaluation, you must complete the following three goals:
− - 50% in Launch Plans Evaluations Account only (Buffer is still 30% to pass)
+ - 50% in Launch Plans Evaluations Account only (Buffer is still 34% to pass)
- Calculation Method: Highest profit day becomes the % of your new target. (Depends on what the account % is.)
- Orbit Evaluations have no consistency.
Your dashboard will calculate this consistency metric for you, as well as indicate the PNL of the day you generated most profit:
Section: Passed a Launch or Stocks evaluation? Your Launch Fee is due
+ Passed a Launch or Stocks evaluation? Your Launch Fee is due
+ Launch and Stocks plans carry a one-time Launch Fee that becomes due the moment you pass the evaluation. You have 14 days to pay it, from the Billing section of your members area. If it is not paid by the due date, the account expires immediately and your passed evaluation is lost — it cannot be reinstated, and no reset or renewal will bring it back. Propel and Orbit plans have no launch fee.
There is only one way to fail the evaluation:
- 1. Fall below the minimum balance (EOD Trailing)
The minimum trailing balance increases with your highest EOD balance. It increases with profits, but it does not decrease with losses, and is calculated from your starting balance at 6PM.
For example, the 50K evaluation starts with a 48K minimum balance (trailing by $2000).
If your account reaches a $50,750 balance by EOD, your new minimum balance would be $48,750.
If a subsequent trade closed back at $50,300, then your minimum balance would still be $48,750.
If your balance falls to your established EOD minimum balance at any point, the evaluation has failed.
