Your morning update on futures prop firm rule changes, refreshed overnight.
We track the published rules and policies of 32 futures prop firms and keep every version, so when a firm edits a rule we have the before and after in writing. Most of what changes is really nothing: a fixed typo, a clarified sentence, a word added here and there. But real changes stand out fast, and you can literally watch rules and policies tighten line by line. Payout terms creep, consistency thresholds drop, and prices quietly climb. It works the other way too: sometimes payouts improve and rules loosen, and when that happens it’s usually one of our Premier firms.
Most of the tightening shows up on the Unlisted side, firms we track but haven’t listed on PickAPropFirm.com. When a firm with a rough reputation starts gaining traction on rock-bottom prices, promoted by affiliates who would scam their own grandma for a commission, the discount usually costs you somewhere else, and that somewhere shows up here. If a plan looks too good to be true, it almost always is.
Starred changes are the ones we think deserve your attention; the full feed below is everything we caught, right down to the typo fixes.
Treat this page like your morning paper. It updates overnight, so grab your coffee and see what changed. – Jmu (@jmutrades)
Your drawdown stops moving once you have earned it back. The floor trails your closed daily profit dollar-for-dollar, and once your lifetime net profit matches your starting drawdown it locks permanently at your starting balance. From that point the account cannot fail below breakeven.
A 40% consistency rule applies while Sim Funded, and payouts become available every three trading days once your balance is above the threshold in the table above.
How the consistency rule works
The consistency rule keeps your biggest day in proportion to the rest of your trading. We compare your largest single profitable day against the sum of your profitable days. Losing days are left out of the calculation entirely — many firms divide by your net profit instead, which shrinks the number you are measured against and makes the rule harder to satisfy.
Here is a week counted both ways. Say you made $1,400 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $900 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $400 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,400 + $900 + $900 + $400 = $3,600. Your biggest day of $1,400 is 38.9% of that — inside the 40% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,600 − $900 = $2,700. The same $1,400 day jumps to 51.9% — outside the same rule. ❌
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.

What crypto wallet address should I use for withdrawals?
To receive your Performance Rewards safely, always provide your own personal crypto wallet address — not one linked to a business or organization platform.
Why this matters: Wallets tied to business or organization accounts often reject funds from business accounts, which can cause failed transactions or withheld funds — potentially leading to financial loss on your end.
To avoid issues:
- Use a personal wallet address not linked to any business or organization.
- Clearly specify the network name, such as:
- USDT (TRC20)
- USDC (ERC20)
- Or any other applicable network
If incorrect wallet or network details are shared, FundedNext will not be responsible for any loss of funds.
NOTE: For Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Italy, Uzbekistan, Romania, Taiwan, and Singapore, the available crypto withdrawal limit is up to $200.
Any amount above this needs to be withdrawn by other methods such as Riseworks and bank transfer.

Turn your FundedNext Performance Reward into extra trading power. When you route a FundedNext Performance Reward into FNmarkets, you receive a 30% deposit bonus on FNmarkets.
What is 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
The 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus is a promotion where FNmarkets grants you additional trading credit when you move a Performance Reward from FundedNext into FNmarkets.
- The bonus equals 30% of the net amount received by FNmarkets (after the FundedNext-side deduction).
- It is added as Credit, usable as an additional margin for trading.
- It applies to every qualifying transfer while the program is active.
Eligibility for the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
The Bonus Program is available to fully verified clients who route funds into FNmarkets via the FundedNext Performance Reward to FNmarkets deposit feature and who meet all the requirements described as follows:
- Only funds that are transferred to FNmarkets through the FundedNext Performance Reward deposit feature qualify for this bonus.
- You must have completed verified KYC before claiming the bonus in both FundedNext and FNmarkets.
Section: Eligibility for the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
− - All FNmarkets campaign credits must be linked to a single Standard account, and only that account can receive the Bonus. If the Client already has an Standard account tied to another FNmarkets campaign, the FundedNext Performance Reward must be sent to the same account to qualify. If no Standard account exists, the client must open one, after which it will appear as Performance Reward transfer option.
- Traders who are banned, blacklisted, or otherwise excluded from any FNmarkets campaign are not eligible.
- Bonuses may be withheld or reversed during any ongoing KYC, AML, sanctions, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, or fraud-prevention review.
How is the bonus calculated under the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
A 3.5% withdrawal commission fee is deducted when a Performance Reward is routed to FNmarkets, so the bonus is calculated on the net received amount.
- Example: $100 from FundedNext → USD 96.50 received after the 3.5% deduction → bonus = 30% × 96.50 = USD 28.95.
- The bonus is credited automatically to the selected Standard account, typically within 24 hours of the transfer.
Limited-Time Offer — Zero Transfer Fees
For a limited time, the 3.5% processing fee is fully waived on FundedNext Performance Reward transfers to FNmarkets. During this campaign, 100% of your payout reaches your FNmarkets Standard account, and your 30% bonus is calculated on that full amount — nothing is deducted.
What are the minimum and maximum limits for the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
- Minimum: USD 50 (gross, before deduction) sent from the FundedNext Performance Reward. After the deduction, roughly USD 48.25 is received, and the 30% bonus on that is USD 14.48.
- Maximum: The most Bonus Credit you can hold at any one time is USD 3,000. Once you hold the USD 3,000 maximum, no further bonus is issued until Credit headroom frees up (for example, after a withdrawal reduces existing Credit).
Examples of how the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus works.
Example 3 — Multiple transfers reaching the cap
First transfer: USD 5,000 received → 30% bonus = USD 1,500.
Second transfer: USD 5,000 received → 30% bonus = USD 1,500.
Total Bonus Credit held: USD 3,000.
You now hold the maximum Bonus Credit and will not receive further bonus on additional transfers until Bonus Credit headroom becomes available again.
Example 4 — Single transfer exceeding the cap
You route a Performance Reward; USD 12,000 is received.
30% of USD 12,000 = USD 3,600.
Since the maximum Bonus Credit is USD 3,000, only USD 3,000 is credited as bonus.
Which countries are excluded from the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
The promotion is not available to residents of Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Thailand, or any other jurisdiction where such promotions are restricted or prohibited by law. Eligibility is also subject to FNmarkets' live/banned-country list.

TL;DR: To withdraw your Performance Reward, confirm you're eligible, transfer your profit to your wallet from the Account Overview page, check your account model's cycle/consistency rule/Benchmark Day (or buffer) rules, then complete the withdrawal from the "Payout" section using your preferred method. The minimum withdrawal is $250, and withdrawals can't be requested before the End of Day once you've started trading that day.
To withdraw a Performance Reward from your FundedNext Account, follow these steps.
Step 1: Check your eligibility
Make sure you meet the Performance Reward eligibility criteria for your model:
🔗 Legacy FundedNext Account
🔗 Flex FundedNext Account
🔗 Rapid Pro FundedNext Account
🔗 Rapid Daily FundedNext Account
Section: Step 1: Check your eligibility
+ 🔗 Direct FundedNext Account
Step 2: Transfer profit to your wallet
- From the "Account Overview" page, click "Proceed to Withdraw" if you're eligible.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer — it must be at least $250.
- Click "Transfer Wallet" to move the amount to the "Payout" section.
Note: For Legacy and Flex FundedNext Accounts, if your total profit is less than $500, the "Proceed to Withdraw" button stays locked until you meet the minimum.
Step 3: Check your model's withdrawal rules
Legacy FundedNext Account:
- With 30 or fewer Benchmark Days, you can withdraw up to 50% of your simulated profit, capped at 3,000(25K) or 6,000(50K and $100K).
- After 30 Benchmark Days, you can withdraw 100% — both the 50% limit and the cap are removed. (Which will breach the account)
- Reward Share: 80%.
Flex FundedNext Account:
- After 5 Benchmark Days, you can withdraw up to 50% of your simulated profit (minimum $250), capped at 1,500(50K), 2,500(100K), or 4,000(150K).
- After 5 withdrawal the account gets concluded.
- You can move toward live trading as early as 15 withdrawals from Flex Account.
- Reward Share: 95%.
Rapid Pro FundedNext Account:
- Once you meet the 40% Consistency Rule and have $500 profit in the cycle, you can withdraw a maximum of 800(25K), 1,200(50K), or 2,500(100K).
- Reward Share: 90%.
Rapid Daily FundedNext Account:
- Once your EOD balance reaches the buffer level ($26,100 / $52,100 / $102,600) with $500 profit in the cycle, any profit above the buffer is withdrawable, up to 800(25K), 1,200(50K), or 2,500(100K).
Section: Step 3: Check your model's withdrawal rules
+ - Reward Share: 90%.
+ Direct FundedNext Account:
+ - Once you meet the 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule
+ - Your EOD balance reaches the buffer level ($52,100)
+ - $800 profit in the cycle, you can withdraw a maximum of 1,200.
- Reward Share: 90%.
If you request more than your model's maximum, you'll receive an error. Once you've started trading on a given day, no withdrawal can be requested before the End of Day (EOD).
Step 4: Withdraw from the "Payout" section
After transferring to your wallet, complete your withdrawal from the "Payout" section by selecting your preferred withdrawal method.
What are the necessary adjustments after the withdrawal of the first Performance Reward?
- If this is your first Performance Reward, your maximum loss limit will be set to your initial account balance. For example, if your account size is $50,000, after the withdrawal of your Performance Reward (Rapid & Legacy), the Maximum Loss Limit will also lock to $50,000.
- For the Bolt FundedNext Account, the maximum loss limit will be set to $50,100 after the first withdrawal of the Performance Reward.
- For the Flex FundedNext Account, the maximum loss limit will be set to $50,100, $100,100 & $150,100 after the first withdrawal of the Performance Reward.
- For Rapid Pro and Daily FundedNext Account, the maximum loss limit will be set to $25,100, $50,100 & $100,100 after the first withdrawal of the Performance Reward.

PremierFundedNext Futures · Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Loss Limit at FundedNext Futures | FundedNext Futures Help CenterupdatedFuturesDirect Account model added with $1,000 daily loss limit at $50,000 size and $2,000 at $50,000 size; locking point specified as $50,100.Oct 12
TL;DR: FundedNext Futures has two loss limits. The daily loss limit caps how much you can lose in a single day (closed + floating losses, plus commissions and fees); hitting it is a soft breach — trading pauses until the next day. The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) is the total you can lose before your account is permanently breached (a hard breach). Both use a trailing End-of-Day (EOD) system, rising with profits and locking once the MLL reaches your initial balance (initial + $100 for Flex and Rapid Pro & Daily).
FundedNext Futures uses two distinct risk limits. Understanding both is essential to protecting your account.
Part 1 — The Daily Loss Limit
The daily loss limit is the maximum you can lose in a single trading day. It includes both closed and floating (unrealized) losses, plus broker commissions and fees.
Hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach: trading is disabled for the rest of the day and automatically resets at the start of the next trading day. Your account is not lost.
Rapid Pro (only if the Add-On is selected) | $500 / $1,000 / $1,250
Legacy | None
Flex | None
Section: Which models have a daily loss limit?
The daily loss limit applies equally to the Challenge Account and the FundedNext Account.
How is the daily loss limit calculated?
The following are all counted toward your daily loss:
- Commissions (per side / contract)
- Regulatory and exchange fees (round-turn)
- Profit/Loss from both closed and running (floating) trades
Floating losses count: if an open trade moves into a loss and hits the limit, trading is disabled even if the trade is still open.
Example — $50,000 account with a $1,000 daily loss limit
- Start of day: Balance $50,000 → daily loss limit level (equity floor) = $49,000, permitted loss = $1,000.
- If you take $800 in closed losses, you can still absorb up to $200 in floating losses before hitting the limit.
- If equity reaches $49,000, you hit a soft breach — trading is disabled for the day and resets to $1,000 permitted loss the next day.
It trails with profit: if Day 1 ends at $51,500 (after $1,500 profit), the daily loss limit level trails up to $51,500 − $1,000 = $50,500. So on the next day, equity reaching $50,500 or lower triggers the soft breach.
Part 2 — The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)
The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) is the total amount you can lose in your Challenge Account or FundedNext Account before the account is permanently breached (a hard breach).
The MLL follows a trailing EOD system:
- It moves up as your balance increases, but never moves down with losses.
- It updates once per day at the end of the trading day (05:00 PM CT) — not in real time.
Section: Part 2 — The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL)
− - Once it reaches your initial balance, it locks and no longer increases. (For Flex and Rapid Pro & Daily, it locks at initial balance + $100.)
- If your floating loss reaches the MLL during a live trade, your account is breached instantly.
- Legacy: at the initial balance — $25,000 / $50,000 / $100,000.
- Flex: $50,100 / $100,100 / $150,100.
- Rapid Pro & Daily: $25,100 / $50,100 / $100,100.
Section: Where the MLL locks (stops trailing)
Example — how the MLL adjusts over time ($100K Legacy, MLL $3,000)
- Day 1: Balance rises to $101,000 → MLL = $101,000 − $3,000 = $98,000.
- Day 2: Balance rises to $103,000 → MLL = $103,000 − $3,000 = $100,000. This equals the initial balance, so the MLL locks at $100,000.
- Day 3: Balance drops to $101,000 → MLL stays at $100,000 (never moves down).
- Day 4: Balance rises to $106,000 → MLL stays locked at $100,000.
If the balance ever falls below $100,000, the account is permanently breached.

− TL;DR: FundedNext Futures applies a 40% Consistency Rule, but it works differently by phase and model. During the Challenge Phase, it applies to Legacy and Flex — your daily profit can't exceed 40% of your total profit target, or the target is recalculated. On the FundedNext Account, it applies only to Rapid Pro — your highest single-day profit must be 40% or less of total profit before withdrawal (at least 3 days). The Consistency Rule in the Challenge Phase (Legacy & Flex)
During the Challenge Phase, Legacy and Flex apply a 40% Consistency Rule: your profit on any single day cannot exceed 40% of your total profit target. If it does, the total profit required to pass is recalculated.
Recalculation: Required Total Profit = Highest Daily Profit ÷ 40%
Example — $50,000 Legacy Challenge (Profit Target: $3,000):
- Daily threshold: 40% × $3,000 = $1,200.
- If you earn $1,500 in a day: $1,500 ÷ 0.40 = $3,750. You'd now need $3,750 total to pass instead of $3,000.
Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily have no consistency rule during the Challenge Phase — you can hit the target in a single day or across multiple days.
The Consistency Rule on the FundedNext Account (Rapid Pro)
Once funded, the 40% Consistency Rule applies only to the Rapid Pro FundedNext Account. Here it works as a withdrawal gate: if your biggest single-day profit is more than 40% of your total profit, you must keep trading until your results are more consistent.
There's no fixed number of days — it depends on your performance — but it takes at least 3 days to satisfy. Once your highest profit day is 40% or less of total profit, you're eligible to withdraw.
Formula: Highest Profit Contribution = (Highest Profit Day ÷ Total Profit) × 100%
- 40% or less → consistency met (withdrawal eligible).
- More than 40% → not met (keep trading).
Example — Rapid Pro FundedNext Account:

+ The FundedNext Futures Direct Account uses a 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule as a withdrawal gate: your highest single-day profit ever recorded on the account must stay at 20% or less of your current cycle's total profit. If your best day is more than 20% of the cycle total, you must keep trading until the cycle grows enough to bring it back within range.
+ What makes it perpetual is that your best day carries forward across every cycle — once set, it becomes the figure every future cycle is measured against, until you record an even bigger day.
+ Formula: Highest Profit Contribution = (Highest Profit Day Ever ÷ Current Cycle Total) × 100%
+ - 20% or less → consistency met.
+ - More than 20% → not met (keep trading).
+ Because 20% is one-fifth, your cycle total simply needs to reach at least 5× your best day ever to stay consistent.

+ TL;DR: FundedNext Futures applies a 40% consistency rule & a 20% Perpetual consistency rule, but it works differently by phase and model. During the Challenge Phase, 40% consistency rule applies to Legacy and Flex — your daily profit can't exceed 40% of your total profit target, or the target is recalculated. On the FundedNext Account, 40% consistency applies only to Rapid Pro — your highest single-day profit must be 40% or less of total profit before withdrawal (at least 3 days). The 20% perpetual consistency rule is applied to Direct Account only; Rapid Daily has no consistency rule at any stage. Legacy and Flex have no consistency rule once funded.
The Consistency Rule encourages steady, repeatable trading rather than relying on one big day. How it applies depends on which phase you're in and which model you're trading. Here's the full breakdown.
Consistency Rule at a glance
Model | Challenge Phase | FundedNext Account
Legacy | ✅ 40% | ❌ None
Flex | ✅ 40% | ❌ None
Rapid Pro | ❌ None | ✅ 40%
Rapid Daily | ❌ None | ❌ None (uses buffer rule)

+ Direct | N/A | ✅ 20%
The Consistency Rule in the Challenge Phase (Legacy & Flex)
Day | Profit Made | Total Profit | Highest Profit Day | Highest Profit Contribution | Within Rule?
1 | $1,500 | $1,500 | $1,500 | 100.00% | ❌
2 | $1,200 | $2,700 | $1,500 | 55.56% | ❌
3 | $1,800 | $4,500 | $1,800 | 40.00% | ✅
The trader meets the rule on Day 3, becoming eligible for a withdrawal.
Section: The Consistency Rule on the FundedNext Account (Direct Account)
+ The Consistency Rule on the FundedNext Account (Direct Account)
+ Example — FundedNext Futures FNF Direct Account (best day ever: $500):
+ Day | Profit Made | Cycle Total | Best Day Ever | Highest Profit Contribution | Within Rule?
+ 1 | $500 | $500 | $500 | 100.00% | ❌
+ 2 | $450 | $950 | $500 | 52.63% | ❌
+ 3 | $400 | $1,350 | $500 | 37.04% | ❌
+ 4 | $350 | $1,700 | $500 | 29.41% | ❌
+ 5 | $500 | $2,200 | $500 | 22.73% | ❌
+ 6 | $300 | $2,500 | $500 | 20.00% | ✅
+ The trader meets the rule on Day 6, when the cycle total reaches $2,500 — exactly 5× the $500 best day — becoming eligible to withdraw.
+ To know more, see: What is the Perpetual Consistency Rule and how does it work?

− TL;DR: Futures come in two common sizes — micro e-mini (1/10th the size, lower tick value, lower risk) and e-mini (larger, higher tick value, more liquidity). At FundedNext Futures, each account has a fixed contract limit based on its model, size, and stage, which does not increase as profits grow. If you exceed the limit, only the excess contracts are treated as violations — profit from them is deducted, while losses still count. You can mix e-mini and micro e-mini contracts using your model's ratio (1:10 for Legacy, Flex, and Rapid Pro & Daily).
Part 1 — Understanding contract types
What are micro e-mini futures contracts?
Micro e-mini contracts are 1/10th the size of e-mini contracts. Their smaller size lets you enter the futures market with less capital. Position size is smaller, though risk still depends on your strategy and market conditions. They're designed to make futures trading more accessible, especially for retail traders.
Key features:
- Smaller contract size — 1/10th of an e-mini.
- Reduced tick value — less financial impact per price movement.
- Lower capital risk — easier to manage without large stop-loss distances.
- Broader accessibility — more approachable for retail traders.
- Popular with active traders — more control over position sizing.
Examples:
Market | Symbol | Contract Size | Tick Size | Tick Value
S&P 500 | MES | 1/10th of ES | 0.25 points | $1.25
Flex uses the same limits for the Challenge and FundedNext Account:
Account Size | Maximum Contracts

$100,000 | 5 e-mini / 50 micro
$150,000 | 8 e-mini / 80 micro

- Challenge Accounts: Marked as breached and deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days of no trades.
- FundedNext Accounts: Marked as inactive and deactivated after 30 consecutive calendar days of no trades.
+ - Direct Accounts: Marked as inactive and deactivated after 7 consecutive calendar days of no trades.
Inactive accounts will be deactivated to maintain platform stability. To avoid this, simply place at least one trade within the respective timeframe. This helps maintain platform stability.
How is the inactivity counted?
From the day the Challenge is purchased, if no trades are placed by 04:01:00 PM CT, the inactivity day count begins.
- Calendar days are counted (including weekends)
- Placing at least one trade resets the inactivity counter
The inactivity count increases each day at 04:01:00 PM CT. Once 30 consecutive inactive days are reached, the account is breached at 04:01:00 PM CT.
Section: How is the inactivity counted?
+ The inactivity count increases each day at 04:01:00 PM CT. Once 7 consecutive inactive days are reached, the account is breached at 04:01:00 PM CT. (Direct Account only)
What happens after the days of inactivity?
- The account will be considered breached due to exceeding the futures inactivity period.
- Once breached, the account will be deactivated, and trading access will be lost.
- If you wish to continue trading, you must reset your account to regain access.
- FundedNext Accounts can not be reset; a new purchase is required to continue trading.
Inactive accounts can cause system inefficiencies and may impact the overall trading experience for active users. Keeping your account active ensures smooth platform performance and uninterrupted access to trading features on FundedNext Futures.

What are the Challenge types for FundedNext Futures?
Section: 1. Futures Flex Challenge
− 1. Futures Legacy Challenge
− The Legacy Challenge is for traders who prefer structure and risk discipline.
− - The consistency rule is applied during the Challenge Phase.
− - Designed for steady, methodical progress.
− - After completing the challenge, there is no consistency rule.
- The consistency rule is applied during only the Challenge Phase.
- This model is designed with one of the lowest profit targets, making it more achievable for traders to reach their goals with a balanced and realistic approach.
- It also offers a highly competitive reward structure, allowing traders to benefit from one of the highest reward share percentages on withdrawals, maximizing their overall earnings.
Section: 2. Futures Rapid Pro and Daily Challenge
− 3. Futures Rapid Pro and Daily Challenge
+ 2. Futures Rapid Pro and Daily Challenge
Rapid Pro
- The consistency rule is not applied during the Challenge Phase and only comes into effect in the FundedNext Account, giving traders maximum freedom to reach the target their own way.
- This model is built for flexibility and control, with no daily loss limit by default — and an optional Daily Loss Limit Add-On that lowers the entry price for traders who prefer a built-in guardrail.
- It offers a highly competitive reward structure, with a 90% Reward Share and rewards released every 3 days, allowing traders to maximize their overall earnings while trading on their own terms.
Rapid Daily
- No consistency rule is applied at any stage, keeping the path fast, simple, and straightforward from the Challenge Phase through the FundedNext Account.
- This model is designed for speed, allowing traders to pass in a single day and then withdraw rewards every single day, with a daily loss limit in place as a clear, balanced risk guardrail.
- It also offers a highly competitive reward structure, with a 90% Reward Share on withdrawals, maximizing traders' overall earnings while rewarding them daily.
Section: 3. Futures Direct Account
+ 3. Futures Direct Account
+ Direct Account
+ - The account is a FundedNext Account from day one — no Challenge Phase and no profit target to pass, giving traders the fastest, most direct path to trading a FundedNext Account.
+ - This model is built for simplicity and value, with a lower entry price, a $2,000 maximum loss limit, and a $1,000 daily loss limit as a clear, built-in risk guardrail.
+ - It offers a highly competitive reward structure, with no profit goal, 90% Reward Share and a 20% Perpetual Consistency Rule that rewards steady trading and only gets easier the more you trade.

4. Contract Limits
Traders who lock their MLL demonstrate they have grown their account to match their initial deposit, a mark of consistent and responsible trading. As a reward for reaching this milestone, contract limits double once the MLL locks, giving traders greater capacity to scale their live trading.
− The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) on your live account is trailing. It moves up as your account grows, but never moves down.
− The MLL locks in any of two situations:
− - When you request a payout;
− - When your profit equals your initial MLL amount
− Example: 50K account ($2,000 starting balance):
− Event | Balance | MLL Floor | What Happens
− Account opens | $2,000 | $0 | —
− Balance grows to $3,000 | $3,000 | $1,000 | MLL trails up with balance
− Balance reaches $4,000 | $4,000 | $2,000 | MLL locks — profit has equalled the MLL amount
− Payout requested at any point | — | $2,000 | MLL locks at the starting bbehavioralance if not already locked
− Key rule: The locked MLL never moves again, no matter how high your balance goes.
− 6. MLL Lock Benefit
− Your MLL locks $1,000 below your starting balance. On a 50K live account, that means your MLL locks at $1,000, not at the $2,000 starting balance. This is the MLL Lock Benefit, and it applies automatically to every live account.
− Here's the full journey on a 50K account:
− You start with a $2,000 balance, and your MLL trails up from $0 as you profit. The MLL locks when your profit equals your starting balance (balance reaches $4,000) or when you request a payout, whichever comes first. At that moment, the floor is set at $1,000. Permanently. It will never trail up again, no matter how much you make above it.
− From the lock onward, $1,000 is the only breach level on your account. Dropping below your $2,000 starting balance does not end your account anymore. Your account breaches only if your balance touches $1,000. Locking at $4,000 means you hold $3,000 of trading room, locked in for the life of the account.
− Why we built it this way: A locked MLL means you've either doubled your loss buffer or taken a live payout. Both are proof that you can hold profits on a live account. We could hand out a one-time bonus; rather, we are providing what actually compounds: more room to keep trading, more room to scale payouts.
− Locked MLL floors per account size:
− Account Size | Starting Balance | MLL Locks at
− 25K | $1,500 | $500
− 50K | $2,000 | $1,000
− 100K | $3,000 | $2,000
− 150K | $4,500 | $3,500
Every size follows the same rule: the lock is $1,000 below your starting balance.
Traders who breach live account(s) enter a mandatory cooldown before any trading is permitted.
- Standard cooldown: 2 weeks mandatory for all traders
- Extended cooldown: 4 weeks or an extended period, at FundedNext's discretion, for traders who breach through reckless behaviour such as aggressive positions or breaching within a single trading session.
After completing the cooldown period, traders return to normal simulated trading, purchasing Challenge Accounts and following the standard path back to live.

TLDR: Earn 15 Performance Rewards to enter the live review pool. If selected, up to 5 funded accounts transition to live. If you breach, you'll enter a 2-week cooldown before returning to sim — and every 5 Performance Rewards after that puts you back in the live review pool.
1. Live Trading Eligibility Criteria
Section: 1. Live Trading Eligibility Criteria
− FundedNext's risk team continuously monitors each trader's performance to determine when they're ready for live trading.
− - Earn 15 Performance Rewards during your FundedNext journey to enter the live review pool.
− - Traders returning from a previous live journey re-enter the review pool after every 5 Performance Rewards — since going live once already proves the trader's strategy.
− Meeting the threshold does not guarantee a transition. The FundedNext risk team evaluates each trader's full performance history, and only traders who demonstrate consistent, responsible trading behaviour will be moved to live. If you're not selected, your accounts continue as normal.
− Note: Transitions only happen at the end of an active payout cycle — never mid-cycle.
− Example: If a trader is selected during the 3rd cycle, the transition will occur after the trader requests their 3rd payout from that cycle.
2. Transition Process
Challenge Accounts
- All active Challenge Accounts are permanently closed at the time of transition
- These accounts are not eligible for any refunds
Note: Traders who prefer to preserve their Challenge Accounts should keep this in mind before stacking multiple Challenge Accounts
FundedNext Accounts
- FundedNext Accounts with at least 1 successful withdrawal will be transitioned to a live account
- FundedNext Accounts with 0 payouts will be closed, and the funded account’s cost will be refunded within 24 hours once the live transition is completed.
3. Live Account Parameters
Traders receive one live account per eligible funded account transitioning, up to a maximum of 5 live accounts.

Section: 1. Live Trading Eligibility Criteria
+ FundedNext's risk team continuously reviews every trader's performance to identify who's ready for live trading.
+ How you enter the live review pool
+ - New to live: 15 Performance Rewards across your FundedNext journey.
+ - Returning from a previous live journey: Re-enter the review pool after every 5 Performance Rewards. You've already proven your strategy live, so your bar is lower.
+ Performance Rewards are counted across your full trading profile, whether they come from a single account or are spread across multiple accounts. Once you request your 15th Performance Reward, you'll be shortlisted for the live review pool, and your account(s) will be closed.
+ What happens next
+ Reaching the threshold places your trader profile under review. It doesn't guarantee a transition. Our risk team looks at your full performance history, and only traders who show consistent, responsible trading behaviour move to live. While the review is underway, your accounts may be temporarily placed on hold. If you're not selected, your accounts resume as normal.
+ If you're selected
+ Selection applies to your trader profile as a whole, not to individual accounts. Moving to live replaces your current funded accounts, so they are closed as part of the transition.
+ Transitions only take place once the payout cycle that prompted your review has concluded, never mid-cycle.
+ Example: If you're selected after requesting a payout in your 3rd cycle, your move to live takes place once that payout has been processed. However, if you have multiple accounts that have reached the 3rd cycle, and you reach your 15th Performance Reward, all of
