− Traders are allowed to maintain up to 3 active funded accounts at a time. If you choose to pursue additional accounts beyond this limit, you will need to continue paying the monthly subscription fee for each additional evaluation account. This limit applies to Instant Funded accounts as well.
− Once an evaluation account successfully meets the profit target and passes the evaluation phase, the subscription fee will no longer be required. Overview of Flex Account Rules
Section: Overview of Flex Account Rules
− The AquaFutures Flex Challenge is designed for traders who want a flexible trading model with an End-of-Day trailing drawdown and clear payout requirements.
− Traders can qualify for a Funded Account by completing the one-phase evaluation, reaching the required profit target, satisfying the applicable consistency requirement, and complying with all trading rules and risk parameters.
− There are no minimum trading days, meaning traders can complete the evaluation as soon as all requirements have been satisfied.
− The Flex model is also available with an optional Consistency Add-On, which increase the Challenge Consistency Rule from 40% to 50%.
− Below is a complete overview of the rules, trading conditions, and payout requirements for the AquaFutures Flex Account.
Profit Target
Section: Profit Target
− Traders must achieve a 6% profit target during the Challenge while respecting all applicable trading rules and risk limits.
Account Size | Profit Target
$50,000 | $3,000
$100,000 | $6,000
$150,000 | $9,000
− Once the target is reached and the applicable consistency requirement has been satisfied, the account will undergo a final review. After successful verification, the trader will move forward as an AquaFutures Funded Trader.
There are no minimum trading days required to complete the Flex Challenge.
Daily Loss Limit
Section: Overview of Flex Account Rules
− The Flex Account includes a Daily Loss Limit during both the Challenge and Funded stages.
Account Size | Daily Loss Limit
$50,000 | $1,200
$100,000 | $1,700
$150,000 | $3,000
Section: Daily Loss Limit
− The Daily Loss Limit acts as a soft breach.
− If the Daily Loss Limit is reached, trading will be restricted for the remainder of that trading day rather than permanently breaching the account. Trading may resume during the next eligible trading session, provided the account has not breached its Maximum Overall Drawdown.
− The Daily Loss Limit is the same for both the standard Flex Account and the Flex Account with the Consistency Add-On.
Maximum Overall Drawdown (EOD)
The Maximum Trailing Drawdown on Flex Accounts varies depending on the account size and follows an End-of-Day (EOD) trailing model during both the Challenge and Funded stages.
Account Size | Maximum Drawdown
$50,000 | $2,000
$100,000 | $3,000
$150,000 | $4,500
Section: Maximum Overall Drawdown (EOD)
− The trailing drawdown only adjusts based on your closed balance at the end of each trading day.
− This means intraday unrealized profits do not cause your drawdown threshold to trail upward.
− Once your trailing drawdown reaches your starting balance, the drawdown will lock and no longer trail.
− This locked level becomes your permanent maximum loss threshold for the account.
− Examples
− For a $50,000 Flex Account with a $2,000 maximum drawdown, the initial threshold begins at $48,000.
If the trader finishes a trading day with a closed balance of $51,000, the EOD threshold moves to $49,000.
Once the account has generated enough closed profit for the trailing threshold to reach the original $50,000 starting balance, the threshold locks at $50,000 and will no longer trail upward.
Section: Example
− Is there a monthly fee or activation fee?
No.
Section: Is There a Monthly Fee or Activation Fee?
− AquaFutures does not require an activation fee before receiving your Flex Funded Account.
After successfully completing the Challenge and passing the account review, you can proceed to your Funded Account without paying an activation fee.
News Trading Rule
News trading is allowed on both Challenge and Funded Flex Accounts.
Traders are free to open, manage, and close positions during high-impact news events.
Section: News Trading Rule
− However, traders should remain cautious during periods of significant market volatility, as factors such as slippage and rapid price movements may affect trade execution.
Stop Loss Rules
Section: Stop Loss Rules
− Using a Stop Loss is not mandatory on AquaFutures Flex Accounts, but it is strongly encouraged as part of proper risk management.
− Traders are expected to maintain a structured and responsible approach to risk rather than relying on the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Drawdown threshold as a substitute for proper trade management.
We encourage traders to define their risk before entering a position, maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing, and follow a structured trading strategy.
− Can I use copy trading or trade copiers?
Yes.
Section: Can I Use Copy Trading or Trade Copiers?
− Copy trading is allowed on AquaFutures Flex Accounts, including the use of trade copier software, provided that all accounts involved are legally owned and operated by the same trader.
Traders may copy their own trades between accounts they personally own.
Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Section: Microscalping Rule
− Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Flex Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.
This rule applies during both the Challenge and Funded stages.
− Traders may therefore execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
Section: Consistency Rule
− A consistency rule applies only during the Flex Challenge.
− There is no consistency rule on the Funded Account.
− Standard Flex Account – 40% Consistency
− The standard Flex Account has a 40% Consistency Rule.
− This means your highest-profit trading day cannot account for more than 40% of your total profits.
− For example, if your highest-profit trading day is $2,000, your total profits must reach at least $5,000 to satisfy the 40% consistency requirement.
− Reaching the Challenge profit target alone does not guarantee that the account will pass. The consistency requirement must also be satisfied.
− If the consistency requirement has not yet been met, the account is not breached. The trader can simply continue trading until the profit distribution becomes compliant.
− Flex Consistency Add-On – 50% Consistency
− Traders can select the optional Flex Consistency Add-On when purchasing their account.
− With the Add-On, the Challenge consistency requirement is increased from 40% to 50%.
− This means your highest-profit trading day cannot account for more than 50% of your total profits.
− For example, if your highest-profit trading day is $2,000, your total profits must reach at least $4,000 to satisfy the 450% consistency requirement.
− The Consistency Add-On does not change the profit target, drawdown, Daily Loss Limit, position size, payout structure, or any other Flex Account parameter.
− Its only difference is the Challenge Consistency Rule.
Maximum Position Size
Section: Maximum Position Size
− Flex Accounts have the following maximum position sizes:
Account Size | Maximum Position Size
$50,000 | 4 Mini / 40 Micro Contracts
$100,000 | 8 Mini / 80 Micro Contracts
$150,000 | 12 Mini / 120 Micro Contracts
− For position-size calculations, 10 Micro Contracts are equivalent to 1 Mini Contract.
− There is no progressive position scaling on Flex Accounts. Traders receive access to their full permitted position size from the beginning.
− How do payouts affect Flex Drawdown?
− After any approved payout or withdrawal, the drawdown floor will lock at your starting balance + $100.
− This ensures that the account remains active and prevents traders from withdrawing down to the exact breach threshold.
Account Size | Drawdown Floor After Payout
$50,000 | $50,100
$100,000 | $100,100
$150,000 | $150,100
Section: How Do Payouts Affect Flex Drawdown?
− For example, after a payout from a $50,000 Flex Funded Account, the account’s drawdown floor will be permanently locked at $50,100.
Rewards and Payout Structure
Payout Cap
Flex Accounts follow a fixed payout cap structure.
Section: Payout Cap
− Traders may request up to 50% of their available profits, subject to the maximum payout cap assigned to their account size.
Account Size | Maximum Payout Per Request
$50,000 | 50% of profits, up to $2,000
$100,000 | 50% of profits, up to $2,500
$150,000 | 50% of profits, up to $3,000
These caps apply to every payout request and do not disappear after a certain number of payouts.
Example
Section: Example
− If a trader on a $50,000 Flex Account has $3,000 in available profit, they may request up to $1,500, representing 50% of their profits.
If the trader has $4,000 in available profit, they may request up to $2,000.
If the trader has $5,000 in available profit, 50% would equal $2,500. However, because the $50,000 account has a $2,000 payout cap, the maximum request remains $2,000.
Minimum Winning Days
Section: Minimum Winning Days
− To become eligible for a payout on a Flex Funded Account, traders must complete at least 5 Winning Days.
Each Winning Day must meet the minimum profit requirement for the applicable account size:
Account Size | Minimum Profit for a Winning Day
$50,000 | $200
$100,000 | $250
$150,000 | $300
Winning Days do not need to be consecutive.
− Once an approved payout has been completed, the Winning Day counter resets, and the trader must complete the required Winning Days again for the next payout cycle.
Flex Payout Eligibility – Net Profit Requirement
For payouts #2 through #5, Flex Funded Accounts must also satisfy a Net Profit Requirement.
Section: Flex Payout Eligibility – Net Profit Requirement
− To become eligible, traders must:
− - Complete 5 Winning Days at the minimum required amount.
− - Reach the required Net Profit since their last approved payout.
Account Size | Winning Day Minimum | Net Profit Required | Payout Cap
$50,000 | $200 | $1,000 | $2,000
$100,000 | $250 | $1,250 | $2,500
$150,000 | $300 | $1,500 | $3,000
− How is Net Profit Calculated?
Net Profit includes all profits and losses generated since the previous approved payout.
Section: Example
− For example, on a $50,000 Flex Account, if a trader generates $1,200 in profits but records $200 in losses during the same payout cycle:
$1,200 - $200 = $1,000 Net Profit
The $1,000 Net Profit Requirement has therefore been satisfied.
If the trader instead generates $1,200 in profits and $400 in losses:
$1,200 - $400 = $800 Net Profit
The trader has not yet reached the required $1,000 and must continue trading before becoming eligible for the payout.
Section: Does the Net Profit Requirement Change the Payout Amount?
− Does the Net Profit Requirement change the payout amount?
No.
The Net Profit Requirement determines payout eligibility only.
− Once eligible, traders may still request up to 50% of their available profits, subject to their account’s maximum payout cap.
After a Payout
Section: After a Payout
− Once a payout is approved, both the 5 Winning Day count and applicable Net Profit Requirement reset for the next payout cycle.
Profit Split
Section: Profit Split
− AquaFutures Flex Funded Traders receive a 90% Reward Split.
For example, if an eligible payout contains $1,000 in profits:
− - Trader receives: $900
− - AquaFutures receives: $100
The 90% Reward Split applies from the first payout onward.
Payout Schedule
Flex Funded Accounts offer Instant Payout eligibility once all applicable payout requirements have been satisfied.
Section: Payout Schedule
− - Payout Frequency: Instant payout after meeting the required Winning Days and applicable payout eligibility requirements
− - Processing Time: Within 24 business hours
− - Withdrawal Methods: Rise or Crypto
− - Minimum Withdrawal: $100 via Crypto and $500 via Rise
− For any additional questions or assistance regarding the Flex Account, please contact the AquaFutures Support Team.

+ To become eligible for a payout on a Flex Funded Account, traders must complete the required number of Winning Days for their selected account configuration.
+ Flex Account | Winning Days Required
+ Standard Flex | 6 Winning Days
+ Flex with Daily Loss Limit | 5 Winning Days
Each Winning Day must meet the minimum profit requirement for the applicable account size:
Account Size | Minimum Profit for a Winning Day
$50,000 | $200
$100,000 | $250
$150,000 | $300
Winning Days do not need to be consecutive.
+ Once an approved payout has been completed, the Winning Day counter resets, and the trader must complete the applicable number of Winning Days again for the next payout cycle.
Flex Payout Eligibility – Net Profit Requirement
For payouts #2 through #5, Flex Funded Accounts must also satisfy a Net Profit Requirement.
Section: Flex Payout Eligibility – Net Profit Requirement
+ To become eligible, traders must complete the applicable Winning Day requirement and reach the required Net Profit since their last approved payout.
Account Size | Winning Day Minimum | Net Profit Required | Payout Cap
$50,000 | $200 | $1,000 | $2,000
$100,000 | $250 | $1,250 | $2,500
$150,000 | $300 | $1,500 | $3,000
+ Standard Flex requires 6 Winning Days, while Flex with Daily Loss Limit requires 5 Winning Days.
+ How Is Net Profit Calculated?
Net Profit includes all profits and losses generated since the previous approved payout.
Section: Example
+ Example
+ On a $50,000 Flex Account, if a trader generates $1,200 in profits but records $200 in losses during the same payout cycle:
$1,200 - $200 = $1,000 Net Profit
The $1,000 Net Profit Requirement has therefore been satisfied.
If the trader instead generates $1,200 in profits and $400 in losses:
$1,200 - $400 = $800 Net Profit
The trader has not yet reached the required $1,000 and must continue trading before becoming eligible for the payout.
Section: Does the Net Profit Requirement Change the Payout Amount?
+ Does the Net Profit Requirement Change the Payout Amount?
No.
The Net Profit Requirement determines payout eligibility only.
+ Once eligible, traders may still request up to 50% of their available profits, subject to their account’s Maximum Payout Cap.
After a Payout
Section: After a Payout
+ Once a payout is approved, the Winning Day count and applicable Net Profit Requirement reset for the next payout cycle.
For example, if an eligible payout contains $1,000 in profits:
+ Trader receives: $900
+ AquaFutures receives: $100
The 90% Reward Split applies from the first payout onward.

Daily Loss Limit
Section: Overview of Flex Account Rules
− The Flex Account includes a Daily Loss Limit during both the Challenge and Funded stages.
+ The standard Flex Account has no Daily Loss Limit during either the Challenge or Funded stage.
+ Traders who select Flex with Daily Loss Limit will have the following limits:
+ If the Daily Loss Limit is reached, trading will be restricted for the remainder of that trading day rather than permanently breaching the account.
+ Trading may resume during the next eligible trading session, provided the account has not breached its Maximum Overall Drawdown.
+ Flex with Daily Loss Limit requires 5 Winning Days for payout eligibility, compared with 6 Winning Days on the standard Flex Account.
+ The Maximum Overall Drawdown and all other applicable Flex rules remain in effect on both versions.
+ The trailing drawdown adjusts based on the account’s closed balance at the end of each trading day.
+ This means intraday unrealized profits do not cause the drawdown threshold to trail upward.
+ Once the trailing drawdown reaches the account’s original starting balance, the drawdown locks and no longer trails upward.
+ This locked level becomes the permanent maximum loss threshold for the account.
+ Example
+ For a $50,000 Flex Account with a $2,000 Maximum Drawdown, the initial threshold begins at $48,000.
If the trader finishes a trading day with a closed balance of $51,000, the EOD threshold moves to $49,000.
Once the account has generated enough closed profit for the trailing threshold to reach the original $50,000 starting balance, the threshold locks at $50,000 and will no longer trail upward.

+ The Maximum Overall Drawdown applies to all Flex Accounts, including accounts using the No Daily Loss Limit Add-On.

+ A 50% Consistency Rule applies during the AquaFunded Futures Flex Challenge.
+ There is no Consistency Rule on the Flex Funded Account.

Traders may copy trades between accounts they personally own.
Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.
Section: Microscalping Rule
− Traders may execute trades lasting less than 30 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
+ Traders may execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
A fixed 20% Consistency Rule applies to all AquaFutures Instant Account payout requests.
Unlike models where the consistency percentage changes after different payout stages, the AquaFutures Instant Account remains at 20% for every payout cycle.
This means that one trading day cannot account for 20% or more of your total profits within the applicable payout cycle.
If your highest-profit day is equal to or greater than 20% of your total profits, the payout request option will remain unavailable until additional profits are generated and your consistency falls within the required threshold.
Failing to satisfy the Consistency Rule does not breach or terminate the account. The trader can simply continue trading until their profit distribution becomes compliant.
Example
If your highest-profit trading day is $1,000, your total profits must exceed $5,000 for that trading day to represent less than 20% of your total profits.
For example:
Highest-Profit Day: $1,000
Total Profit: $5,100

Traders should maintain a clear and structured approach to risk rather than relying on the account’s Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Drawdown as a substitute for proper trade management.
We encourage traders to define their risk before entering a position, maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing, and follow a structured trading strategy.
Can I use copy trading or trade copiers?
Yes.
Copy trading is allowed, including the use of third-party trade copier software, provided that all accounts involved are legally owned and operated by the same trader.
Traders may copy trades between accounts they personally own.
Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Daily Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Section: Microscalping Rule
− Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 30 seconds.
+ Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.
This applies during both the Evaluation and Funded stages.
Traders may execute trades lasting less than 30 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
A 40% Consistency Rule applies to AquaFutures Daily Evaluation Accounts.
The Consistency Rule applies only during the Evaluation. There is no Consistency Rule once the trader reaches the Funded Account.
Your highest-profit trading day cannot account for more than 40% of your total profits during the Evaluation.
Reaching the profit target alone does not mean the account is ready to pass. The trader must satisfy both the profit target and the Consistency Rule.
Failing to meet consistency does not breach the account. You can simply continue trading until your profit distribution becomes compliant.
Example
If your highest-profit trading day is $1,500, your total profits must exceed $3,750 for that day to represent less than 40% of your total profits.

AquaFutures expects all traders to participate in the market ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with professional trading standards.
Any attempt to manipulate fills, exploit execution mechanics, abuse order behavior, or create unrealistic trading conditions is strictly prohibited.
Practices such as layering, order stacking, rapid order cancellations, excessive bracket manipulation, or artificial liquidity behavior are not permitted. Placing multiple pending orders at identical or near-identical price levels with the intention of manipulating fills or exploiting simulated execution conditions is considered abusive behavior.
Strategies specifically designed to exploit low-liquidity environments, overnight gaps, delayed fills, thin order books, volatility spikes, or news-related execution anomalies are also prohibited. Simulated environments may occasionally behave differently during these conditions compared to live markets, creating unrealistic execution advantages that do not reflect sustainable trading performance.
AquaFutures also prohibits strategies designed to exploit unrealistic slippage or fill quality. This includes systems dependent on perfect execution, ultra-tight stop-loss and take-profit brackets intended solely for fill exploitation, or rapid entry-and-exit behavior relying primarily on simulated execution precision rather than genuine market structure.
Trading during major Tier-1 economic releases may also be restricted depending on market conditions, volatility levels, and platform stability requirements. AquaFutures reserves the right to review or restrict trading activity surrounding high-impact economic events where simulated execution may significantly differ from live market conditions.
All trading activity must remain compliant with applicable exchange rules, including CME Group standards and market conduct requirements.
AquaFutures allows legitimate scalping strategies. We understand that many professional futures traders operate on lower timeframes and may naturally hold positions for shorter periods of time. Scalping itself is not prohibited when executed responsibly and within reasonable trading behavior.
However, AquaFutures strictly prohibits microscalping and execution-based trading strategies that rely primarily on simulated market advantages rather than genuine market analysis or sustainable execution practices.
Microscalping generally refers to extremely short-duration trading behavior that depends heavily on execution speed, minimal slippage, rapid entries and exits, or unrealistic fill conditions that may exist within simulated environments. These strategies often involve repeatedly opening and closing positions within seconds while targeting extremely small price fluctuations throughout the trading session.
Although these strategies may appear profitable in simulation, they are often unsustainable in live markets where liquidity conditions, slippage, latency, and execution delays behave differently.
− To maintain fair and sustainable trading conditions, AquaFutures requires that at least 50% of all closed trades remain open for longer than 1 minute. In addition, at least 50% of total generated profits must come from trades held longer than 1 minute. Traders are also expected to maintain an average risk-to-reward ratio above 0.3RR across their overall trading activity.
The purpose of these requirements is not to prevent legitimate scalping, but rather to discourage execution-dependent strategies designed to exploit characteristics unique to simulated environments.
Examples of acceptable scalping may include holding trades for several minutes while targeting structured market movements, trading around technical levels with defined stop losses and realistic profit targets, or executing lower timeframe setups while still allowing trades reasonable time to develop naturally.
By contrast, prohibited microscalping behavior may include repeatedly opening and closing trades within seconds, targeting only minimal tick movements at excessive frequency, relying primarily on fill speed rather than market structure, or exploiting low-latency simulated execution conditions.
Trading activity that demonstrates excessive dependency on execution mechanics rather than actual trading skill may still be reviewed even if certain statistical requirements appear technically satisfied.
5. Gambling Behavior, Account Rolling & Reckless Risk Management
AquaFutures is built for disciplined traders who apply structured risk management and professional trading practices. Behavior that resembles gambling rather than legitimate trading is strictly prohibited.
This includes taking oversized positions without proper risk planning, trading without stop losses while exposing the account to excessive risk, repeatedly using maximum leverage without a structured strategy, or attempting unrealistic “all-or-nothing” trades.
AquaFutures also prohibits behavior commonly referred to as “Account Rolling” or “Account Stacking.”
Account Rolling generally refers to repeatedly purchasing evaluations or funded accounts while using extremely aggressive risk exposure with the expectation that eventually one account will produce a large payout. This often includes repeatedly breaching accounts, continuously cycling through new accounts after hitting Maximum Loss Limits, purchasing excessive numbers of accounts simultaneously, or maintaining large numbers of backup accounts intended solely for replacement purposes.
Rather than demonstrating consistency or genuine trading skill, these practices resemble gambling systems based on probability cycling and excessive risk exposure.
This behavior undermines the purpose of evaluations, creates unsustainable platform risk, distorts trader performance metrics, and fails to represent professional trading standards.
AquaFutures evaluates traders based on consistency, discipline, execution quality, and sustainable profitability not high-risk gambling exposure.
