Futures Prop Firm Rule Radar
Every night Rule Radar archives the help center of every futures prop firm on the price list and shows exactly what changed: which page, which line, dated, before and after. Payout terms, consistency rules, drawdown math, activation fees: firms rewrite these without an announcement, and this is where you catch it. Updated pages open to the exact wording that changed, every article keeps a full version history you can compare, and a plain-English line on each row says what happened. Nothing here is written by the firms. It is their own help center, read every day and kept. – Jmu (@jmutrades)

1 mini = 10 micros.
Both options share the same risk logic. Option 1 uses the trailing drawdown. Option 2 uses the end-of-day drawdown together with a daily loss limit and has no scaling plan.
On both options the drawdown follows the balance upward and then stops for good once it reaches the starting balance plus $100. From that point it is a fixed floor and no longer moves.
On Option 2 the daily loss limit stays active for the whole life of the account and is never lifted. The $25,000 Option 2 account is the exception: it has no daily loss limit.

We split that step out and call it the Buffer Zone. It is where you build the balance that carries into your Sim Funded account, and it is deliberately gentler than the evaluation you just passed: a smaller target and no daily loss limit.
| Account size | Profit target | Drawdown | Consistency | Largest single day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,500 | $1,200 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $510 (34% of target) |
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $1,020 (34% of target) |
| 100K | $3,500 | $2,500 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $1,190 (34% of target) |
| 150K | $2,000 | $-1,000 Static | 34% | $680 (34% of target) |
| 200K | $3,000 | $-2,000 Static | 34% | $1,020 (34% of target) |
| 300K | $3,500 | $-2,500 Static | 21% | $735 (21% of target) |
And if you fail it, you reset the Buffer Zone on its own. Your evaluation still stands — you never go back to the beginning. Resets are $250 each for the first three, then $300 for resets four to six, $350 for seven to nine, and so on. If your Buffer Zone had already passed into Sim Funded, a reset is $500. These are the Propel Buffer Zone reset prices.
Phase 3 — Sim Funded
Your account is still simulated, but the profits are real and you can withdraw them. There is no profit target here — the job is to keep trading well.

Payouts can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, on any balance above your starting balance. Requests made before 11am ET are processed the same trading day. While Sim Funded, stop trading for the day once you are $5,000 up and for the week once you are $10,000 up — passing $10,000 in total profit triggers a review for Live Brokerage, where the caps come off entirely.
Nothing is charged during this phase. Your subscription ended at the evaluation.
How the consistency rule works
The consistency rule keeps your biggest day in proportion to the rest of your trading. We compare your largest single profitable day against the sum of your profitable days. Losing days are left out of the calculation entirely — many firms divide by your net profit instead, which shrinks the number you are measured against and makes the rule harder to satisfy.
Here is a week counted both ways. Say you made $1,000 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $600 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $600 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,000 + $900 + $900 + $600 = $3,400. Your biggest day of $1,000 is 29.4% of that — inside the 34% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,400 − $600 = $2,800. The same $1,000 day is now 35.7% — outside the same rule. ❌
The 300K works to a 21% rule instead, so the same week would need your profit spread across more days to comply.
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.
Resetting a Propel evaluation
Most traders do not pass first time. A reset clears the days traded, the balance and the rules by creating a fresh evaluation account, so you can try again without buying a new plan.

Your drawdown stops moving once you have earned it back. The floor trails your closed daily profit dollar-for-dollar, and once your lifetime net profit matches your starting drawdown it locks permanently at your starting balance. From that point the account cannot fail below breakeven.
A 40% consistency rule applies while Sim Funded, and payouts become available every three trading days once your balance is above the threshold in the table above.
Say you made $1,400 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $900 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $400 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,400 + $900 + $900 + $400 = $3,600. Your biggest day of $1,400 is 38.9% of that — inside the 40% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,600 − $900 = $2,700. The same $1,400 day jumps to 51.9% — outside the same rule. ❌
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.

AUnlistedAqua Futures · Instant Account Rules | Futures Help CenterTrade duration threshold in microscalping restriction changed from less than 30 seconds to less than 10 seconds.Sep 16
▸ View exact changes
What the page said before and after
Before
- Define their risk before entering a trade
- Maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing
- Follow a structured trading strategy
- Avoid reckless or excessive risk-taking
Can I use copy trading or trade copiers?
Yes.
Copy trading is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts, including the use of trade copier software, provided all accounts involved are legally owned and operated by the same trader.
Traders may copy trades between accounts they personally own.
Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.
Section: Microscalping Rule
− Traders may execute trades lasting less than 30 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
A fixed 20% Consistency Rule applies to all AquaFutures Instant Account payout requests.
Unlike models where the consistency percentage changes after different payout stages, the AquaFutures Instant Account remains at 20% for every payout cycle.
This means that one trading day cannot account for 20% or more of your total profits within the applicable payout cycle.
If your highest-profit day is equal to or greater than 20% of your total profits, the payout request option will remain unavailable until additional profits are generated and your consistency falls within the required threshold.
Failing to satisfy the Consistency Rule does not breach or terminate the account. The trader can simply continue trading until their profit distribution becomes compliant.
Example
If your highest-profit trading day is $1,000, your total profits must exceed $5,000 for that trading day to represent less than 20% of your total profits.
For example:
Highest-Profit Day: $1,000
Total Profit: $5,100

+ Traders may execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.

Is there a maximum withdrawal amount?
No, there is no maximum withdrawal limit once you get funded and accumulate profit in your funded account.
Is there a daily loss limit on the accounts?
No, there is no daily loss limit amount on both the evaluation and funded accounts. Trade with complete freedom and maximize your profit potential.
Which payout methods are available after getting funded?
Withdrawals can be processed via Bank Wire or Cryptocurrency. You may request a withdrawal any time between Monday and Friday and may post to your account within 1-3 business days (Refer to your banking institution for posting times).
Does the trailing drawdown stop trailing up?
The trailing drawdown will stop increasing/trailing once it reaches the initial account balance. This is one advantage you’ll have with us that you won’t see in other companies. The Trailing Drawdown trails with the account balance, and it is calculated in real-time and includes simulated commissions and fees. Whenever the account balance has a new all-time high, the trailing drawdown will also trail/increase by the same amount until it reaches the initial account balance, and then it stops trailing.
Is the consistency rule difficult to achieve, and will I be disqualified if I do not reach it?
Not at all. Most traders easily achieve the consistency rule without any problems. Also, you must know that this rule applies during the evaluation period only and not to funded accounts. The consistency rule is a fair and simple rule to follow.
The funding partners basically do not want traders trading in an erratic and inconsistent manner. They basically do not want to fund traders who make $10,000 in profits in just 2 minutes trading a news event and then scalp the rest of the evaluation days.
You must demonstrate the ability to trade in a consistent and regular trading pattern. Traders must have any 3 trading days’ net profits total summed up to 80% or more of the largest day’s net profit.

− Do I need exactly 10 trading days to be eligible for funding?
− Not at all; 10 trading days is the minimum you need to be eligible for placement with our funding partners. However, these 10 days are not the maximum limit; you can continue trading until you reach that profit target, even if it’s 5 months. Billing recurs every 30 days.
Is OneUp Trader a funding company?
OneUp Trader is not a Funding company but a Recruitment company for traders who would like to get funded. We are the simplified gateway for traders to get funded. Once you complete the Evaluation, you will receive a funded trading account with one of our Funding Partners.
Should I reach my profit target more than once?
That is incorrect. Your required profit target is based on the account you choose. It is the minimum amount of net profits needed for placement with our funding partners. It is not a daily or weekly profit target but an overall profit target for the duration of your Evaluation.
Does my monthly subscription renewal reset my Account Balance?
Your monthly renewal does not reset your account balance. All trade history, executions, and days traded continue beyond your renewal date—no accounts are reset automatically.
You can reset your balance at any time if you’ve violated any of the rules. The cost for a balance reset is:
- $50 for 25k and 50k accounts

To reset your balance, simply log into your dashboard and click "Reset My Balance." This will reset your starting balance and evaluation rules. Account resets are processed immediately and may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account.

The funding partners do not want to fund traders who made $10,000 in profits in 2 minutes trading a news event and then scalp the remainder of the evaluation.
Traders must have three (3) other best trading days' net profits total summed up to equal 80% or more of the largest day's net profit.
Consistency example:
BEST TRADING DAY: $1,000 (net after commissions).
80% of the Largest trading day = $800 (The total sum of three (3) other best trading days' must be equal to or greater than the best day).
SUM / TOTAL OF 3 OTHER BEST TRADING DAYS
Trading Day 4 - 2nd Best Trading Day: $400 (net after commissions).
Trading Day 9 - 3rd Best Trading Day: $300 (net after commissions).
Trading Day 15 - 4th Best Trading Day: $240 (net after commissions).

1. The Trailing Drawdown will increase a defined distance as your account balance increases.
2. The Trailing Drawdown is calculated in Real-Time during your trading day.
3. If your balance decreases, then your Trailing Drawdown does not change.
You may monitor your Trailing Drawdown in Rithmic RTrader Pro under Auto Liquidate Threshold Value.
Once your Trailing Drawdown reaches your initial starting balance, it will not change for the rest of your evaluation. Should your account balance touch or fall below this value, then your Evaluation Account will not be eligible for funding. The Trailing Drawdown is calculated in real-time during your trading session and it includes simulated commissions and fees.

Max Position Size
The Max Position Size is the maximum number of allowable open positions at any given time.
Example: If you have a Max Position Size of 5, you may be long 3 CL (Crude Oil) and Short 2 ES (E-Mini S&P).

You can always rely on our all-around discount code "E8" which is always available, but if you are looking for all or better offers, please follow our current promotion offer on this website.
How to redeem a discount code?
When you are at the checkout page in your dashboard, in the last step of the payment, you can find a field for a discount code. After you validate, the system will confirm that the code is working and also show the amount and the final price
Why is my discount code not working?
Discount codes can be obtained from our websites, our affiliates, and also from giveaways. Want to make sure your code is working properly, or you want to double-check the offer? Just click Validate at the final stage of your purchase. If there's an issue with the code, we will let you know right away.
Troubleshooting issues with discount codes:
- Birthday code: If you have received a birthday code from us, you need to redeem it within 14 days. After this period, the code is disabled.
Section: Why is my discount code not working?
+ - Wrong account setup/conditions: You might have received a code that is usable only for certain product types or under specific conditions. Maybe it's only for E8 Signature $50,000 Futures accounts, or for E8 One Classic Markets accounts under $100,000 simulated capital. Always make sure the setup and market is correct.
- First purchase offers: If you receive a smaller discount than expected on a first-purchase promotion, you may have already redeemed the offer on a prior order, or the discount code is currently held by an open, unpaid order in your account. To claim the correct first-purchase discount, cancel any pending or unpaid orders in your dashboard. Once canceled, if you have no completed purchases during this promotional period, you can re-apply the code to your selected product.

Section: What is the FundedNext Partners Program?
− What is the FundedNext Partner Portal?
− The Partner Portal is a single, self-serve dashboard to manage your entire referral business. From sign-up through to commission withdrawals, you can create custom referral codes, track campaign performance, download detailed ledgers, and request payouts instantly—all in one place without needing support tickets.
Who can become a FundedNext partner?
The programme is open to content creators, community leaders, educators, and traders across all eligible FundedNext partner markets. A small number of restricted jurisdictions are excluded.
How do I sign up and start earning?
Registration is instant at partner.fundednext.com with no waiting period or approval process. Once logged in, your dashboard is ready immediately. You start earning commission as soon as a referred client completes a purchase using your link or discount code.
How do referral links, codes, and cookies work?
You can share your unique referral link or custom referral codes directly with your audience. When a prospective client clicks your link, a 24-hour cookie is placed on their browser to attribute their purchase to your account. If the client applies your referral code directly at checkout, the referral is instantly credited to you regardless of cookie status.
What has changed for existing partners?
Existing partners benefit from a fully integrated, self-serve experience. Key upgrades include instant registration, self-managed referral codes, built-in campaign tracking and ledgers, embedded live chat support, and streamlined withdrawal requests. Additionally, commission rates now scale dynamically with your active customer base.

-
5 Active Accounts
You can trade up to five active funded accounts. When you move to PRO+, your full five-account allowance moves with you.
Tests are separate from this limit and can be traded alongside your funded accounts.
− Please note: The limit is 5 active funded accounts per person.
-
10 Passed Test Activations in 30 Days
The trader has the privilege to activate up to 10 successfully passed tests within a span of 30 calendar days.
For instance, if Trader was granted 5 PRO accounts on 1/5/23 and subsequently completed an additional 7 trading tests by 1/17/23, only five of those seven PRO accounts would activate on that date, due to the 10 in 30-day limit. This is in consideration of the initial five PRO accounts being disabled at that point.
Consequently, the remaining two successfully passed tests would then become eligible for activation on 2/5/23, which marks the completion of 30 calendar days since the activation of the initial five PRO accounts. This particular eligibility is contingent on the presence of either one or none of the PRO accounts being active at that given moment.
− Please note that the limit of 5 active PRO/PRO+ accounts is per person.

- Free to enter, one entry per person and one per household. No purchase, no subscription.

What is the Premier Trading League?
The Premier Trading League is Tradeify's free-to-enter simulated trading competition, played from your Tradeify dashboard. Every match puts you head to head against one other trader for a full session. You score points from the profit you make and from beating your opponent, and those points move you up the league ladder.
Two leagues run back to back: Open 1 in September and October, and Open 2 in October and November. Each runs four weeks and eight matches, with $300,000 in prizes apiece. You can play one or both.
Finish in the top four of either league and you fly to Fort Lauderdale for the live Grand Final on December 11, where $400,000 is settled on stage — $180,000 of it to the champion. That is the whole path: a free signup in September, eight matches from your own desk, and a seat on a main stage in December.

⚠️ Before you enter — the essentials
- Registration for Open 1 runs Tuesday 8 September, 12:00 PM ET to Sunday 20 September, 11:59 PM ET. Open 1 starts Monday 21 September.
- Free to enter, one entry per person and one per household. No purchase, no subscription.
- All participants must be KYC verified.
- All trading is simulated. No real funds are ever deposited or at risk.
- You must pick a team before you can trade. Team selection happens in the Waiting Room.
- The Grand Final is in the United States. If you finish in the top 4 but cannot legally travel to the US, you are assigned 5th place instead and paid the 5th place prize. Tradeify does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Tradeify's standard restricted countries list applies.
Open 2
| Match | Match day | Session opens |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | Tue 27 Oct | Mon 26 Oct, 6:00 PM ET |
| M2 | Thu 29 Oct | Wed 28 Oct, 6:00 PM ET |
| M3 | Tue 3 Nov | Mon 2 Nov, 6:00 PM ET |

| Open 2 | $300,000 |
| Grand Final | $400,000 |
−
| Pool | |
|---|---|
| Creator Division | $300,000 |
Each league pays the top 500, on an identical structure.
| Position | Traders | Prize each |
|---|
| 5th | 1 | $10,000 |
| 6th – 10th | 5 | $8,000 |
| 11th – 25th | 15 | $4,000 |
| 26th – 50th | 25 | $2,000 |
| 51st – 150th | 100 | $525 |
| 151st – 500th | 350 | $250 |
Positions 1 to 4 are missing on purpose. The top four are not playing for a league prize any more — they are on their way to Fort Lauderdale to play for the $400,000 pool instead, where the lowest prize on the table is $13,000, more than 5th place earns here.
Cash prizes are paid through Rise, the same payout method used across all Tradeify competitions. You will need a Rise account and must be KYC verified with Rise to receive any prize. If you do not already have a Rise account, we will send you an invite to set one up — open the email, accept the invite, and complete KYC with Riseworks. Once your account is verified, your payout is processed. If you cannot find the invite, check your spam folder first, and if you still need help, contact Rise support directly at
Important Note: Payouts are sent out once the final placement on leaderboard are confirmed.
Prizes may be subject to tax depending on where you live. We recommend speaking to a tax professional.

Eligibility for Tradeify Elite Accounts
Tradeify provides a highly flexible live progression system with:
- No Sim Funded profit cap, and
- No limit to how many times a trader can transition to Live.
Traders may transition to Elite Live status repeatedly, across any plan type.
A trader becomes eligible to be considered for a Tradeify Elite Live account once they meet one of the following minimum thresholds:
- 3 payouts on a single account, or
- 10 total payouts since the last live transition across all plan types
Measured:
- Since the last Live Transition, or
- Since the first purchase (if they have never transitioned to Live before)
Important:
| 100K | $0 | $3,000 | $3,100 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 150K | $0 | $4,500 | $4,600 |
| 300K | $0 | $6,000 | $6,100 |
Reward Pools
Elite Live traders are eligible for Accelerator Reward Pools — performance-based rewards that unlock as you hit profit milestones on each account.
For full details on reward pool tiers, eligibility, and payout structure, see Tradeify Elite – Accelerator Reward Pools.
Failure & Cool-Off Policy
If a trader fails an Elite account:
They enter up to a 4-week cool-off period depending on live performance.
After 4 weeks, they may purchase a new evaluation to re-enter the program.
Payout Rules for Elite Accounts
80/20 Profit Split: 80% of payouts go to the trader, 20% to Tradeify.
Section: Payout Rules for Elite Accounts
− Traders who qualify for live trading can choose between the Legacy Live program or the new Elite Live program. The Elite Live program is not retroactive — existing Legacy Live traders keep their original terms.
Daily Payouts: Traders may request payouts daily. Any amount above the trading capital may be withdrawn. If a payout brings the balance to $0, the Live Account will be closed.
What You Can Withdraw
You can ONLY withdraw profits you earn ABOVE your trading capital:
Example: Your 150K Elite account starts with $0 trading capital. You grow it to $15,000. You can withdraw the $15,000 profit (at 80/20 split = $12,000 for you).
Elite-Only Mode Eligibility
Tradeify reserves the right to designate certain traders as Elite-Only Mode based on performance, consistency, or internal risk assessment. Elite-Only mode traders can only trade via the Select plan.
When a trader is placed into Elite-Only Mode:
Direct Live Account on Select Pass: If the trader passes a Select evaluation while in Elite-Only Mode, they will skip the standard funded/sim phase and be issued a Live account directly.
Why We Use Elite-Only Mode: This designation is used for traders who show exceptional consistency or strong historical performance, have a payout track record that signals reduced risk, demonstrate behaviour aligned with professional trading standards, or require tighter oversight or a more controlled account structure.
Elite-Only Mode ensures that our highest-quality traders can progress faster — while also giving Tradeify a structured way to manage risk and reward.
If a trader is moved into Elite-Only Mode, they will be notified directly with full details of their setup.
Important Note: Once your account moves into Elite Only mode, your purchasing options change in a few specific ways. You'll only be able to buy from a select group of accounts rather than the full catalog. A discount is available on your first individual purchase in this mode, but it applies to single accounts only — bundles are excluded. After that first discounted purchase, all subsequent purchases are at full price.

Before
We encourage traders to:
Section: Microscalping Rule
− Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 30 seconds.
Traders may execute trades lasting less than 30 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.

Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Flex Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 30 seconds.
This rule applies during both the Challenge and Funded stages.
Section: Microscalping Rule
+ Traders may therefore execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
A consistency rule applies only during the Flex Challenge.
There is no consistency rule on the Funded Account.
Standard Flex Account – 40% Consistency
The standard Flex Account has a 40% Consistency Rule.
This means your highest-profit trading day cannot account for more than 40% of your total profits.
For example, if your highest-profit trading day is $2,000, your total profits must reach at least $5,000 to satisfy the 40% consistency requirement.
Reaching the Challenge profit target alone does not guarantee that the account will pass. The consistency requirement must also be satisfied.
If the consistency requirement has not yet been met, the account is not breached. The trader can simply continue trading until the profit distribution becomes compliant.
Flex Consistency Add-On – 50% Consistency
Traders can select the optional Flex Consistency Add-On when purchasing their account.
Using a Stop Loss is not mandatory on AquaFutures Flex Accounts, but it is strongly encouraged as part of proper risk management.
Traders are expected to maintain a structured and responsible approach to risk rather than relying on the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Drawdown threshold as a substitute for proper trade management.
We encourage traders to define their risk before entering a position, maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing, and follow a structured trading strategy.

Once a trader reaches the Funded Account, a 40% Consistency Rule applies.
This means that one trading day cannot account for 40% or more of your total profits within the current payout cycle.
If your highest-profit day is equal to or greater than 40% of your total profits, the payout request option will remain unavailable until additional profits are generated and your consistency falls below the 40% threshold.
Failing to satisfy the Consistency Rule does not breach or terminate your Funded Account. You simply need to continue trading until your profit distribution becomes compliant.

Minimum Payout Requirements
To request a payout, your available profit must meet the minimum payout requirement for your account size.
| Account Size | Minimum Payout |
|---|---|
| $25K | $250 |
| $50K | $500 |
| $100K | $1,000 |
| $150K | $1,500 |
If your available profit is below the minimum amount, you will need to continue trading until the minimum payout requirement is reached. All other payout eligibility requirements must also be met before a payout can be requested.
Buffer Balance (Payout Threshold)
For the Express model, the account balance must remain above the required buffer threshold before a payout can be requested.
This means withdrawals are only available from profits earned beyond the buffer amount and the buffer must stay intact at all times when submitting a payout request.
| Account Size | Funded Buffer |

Example: A trader starts with a funded balance of $50,000.
To become eligible for a payout, the account balance must first exceed the required buffer of $52,100.
If the trader grows the account to $53,000, they would have $900 available for withdrawal ($53,000 − $52,100 = $900), subject to the applicable daily payout cap.
Profit Split
Funded traders receive a 90% profit split.
Example:
If a trader earns $1,000 in profit, the payout would be:
- Trader receives $900
- Firm receives $100
