Futures Prop Firm Rule Radar

Every night Rule Radar archives the help center of every futures prop firm on the price list and shows exactly what changed: which page, which line, dated, before and after. Payout terms, consistency rules, drawdown math, activation fees: firms rewrite these without an announcement, and this is where you catch it. Updated pages open to the exact wording that changed, every article keeps a full version history you can compare, and a plain-English line on each row says what happened. Nothing here is written by the firms. It is their own help center, read every day and kept. – Jmu (@jmutrades)

Microscalping generally refers to extremely short-duration trading behavior that depends heavily on execution speed, minimal slippage, rapid entries and exits, or unrealistic fill conditions that may exist within simulated environments. These strategies often involve repeatedly opening and closing positions within seconds while targeting extremely small price fluctuations throughout the trading session.
Although these strategies may appear profitable in simulation, they are often unsustainable in live markets where liquidity conditions, slippage, latency, and execution delays behave differently.
Section: 4. Trade Duration, Scalping & Microscalping Policies
− To maintain fair and sustainable trading conditions, AquaFutures requires that at least 50% of all closed trades remain open for longer than 1 minute. In addition, at least 50% of total generated profits must come from trades held longer than 1 minute. Traders are also expected to maintain an average risk-to-reward ratio above 0.3RR across their overall trading activity.
The purpose of these requirements is not to prevent legitimate scalping, but rather to discourage execution-dependent strategies designed to exploit characteristics unique to simulated environments.
Examples of acceptable scalping may include holding trades for several minutes while targeting structured market movements, trading around technical levels with defined stop losses and realistic profit targets, or executing lower timeframe setups while still allowing trades reasonable time to develop naturally.

Your best day updates throughout the session as your P&L moves. At 3:10 PM CT, that day's value locks into your trading history and cannot be changed. A future day becomes your new best day if it exceeds the previous one and locks at 3:10 PM CT on its own day.
What happens if I have a losing day?
Section: What happens if I have a losing day?
− Losses don't reset your best day. If your best day is $1,650 but a losing day brings your total profit down to $1,000, your best day is still $1,650.
− To find your new Profit Target: Best Day ÷ 0.55 = Total Profit Needed.
− Example: On a $50K account, a $1,650 best day ÷ 0.55 = a $3,000 Profit Target. You need to recover losses and reach $3,000 without letting any single day exceed $1,650. If your next day earns $2,200, your best day becomes $2,200 and your new Profit Target becomes $4,000.
Can I fix a Consistency violation by trading more on the same day?
No. If your best day was set during the current trading session (before 3:10 PM CT), any additional profit you earn today adds directly to that best day total — which raises your adjusted Profit Target even further.
To resolve a Consistency Target violation, the remaining profit must be earned on a separate trading day, after the market close of the session in which your best day was set.
Section: Can I fix a Consistency violation by trading more on the same day?
− Example: You're in a $50K Trading Combine with a $3,000 Profit Target. Your best day is $2,200 (set today, session still open), so your adjusted Profit Target is $4,000. Trading more today to earn the remaining $1,800 will not work. Every dollar you earn today increases your best day total, which keeps raising the target.
Can I keep trading after hitting my Best Day Recommendation?
Yes, but exceeding it increases your Profit Target and makes the Trading Combine harder to pass.

The change in place, line by line
Overview
Section: Overview
− A free BOGO account is only valid while you also hold a qualifying account that is being actively traded. A qualifying account is either a paid account or a funded account of any kind that has an active status and can be traded. If your free BOGO account is the only account you have, it is automatically deleted.
+ A free BOGO account earned through a qualifying promotion must be redeemed within 45 calendar days of the qualifying purchase. If the free BOGO account is not redeemed within that 45-day period, the offer expires and the free account is forfeited.
+ Once redeemed, a free BOGO account is only valid while you also hold a qualifying account that is actively tradeable. A qualifying account is either a paid account or an active, tradeable funded account of any kind.
+ If your free BOGO account becomes the only qualifying account you have remaining, it may be automatically deleted under the rules below.
+ 45-Day Redemption Period
+ All free BOGO accounts must be redeemed within 45 calendar days of the original qualifying purchase.
+ - The 45-day period begins on the date of the qualifying purchase.
+ - The free BOGO account must be redeemed before the 45-day period expires.
+ - Any BOGO offer that has not been redeemed within 45 days automatically expires and is forfeited.
+ - Expired BOGO accounts or offers cannot be redeemed at a later date.
+ - An expired BOGO has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, credited toward another purchase, or reinstated.
+ - Redeeming a BOGO account does not remove any of the account requirements or dependency rules outlined below.
+ IMPORTANT: The 45-day redemption period is separate from the 3-day BOGO account check and the standard 29-day account inactivity rule.
The Rule
If you have only a free BOGO account and no active paid account or active, tradeable sim funded account, your free BOGO account is deleted.
- This check runs every 3 days.
Section: The Rule
− - The free BOGO account is not eligible to stand on its own. It must be paired with a qualifying account that is being actively traded.
− - An active, tradeable sim funded account of any kind counts the same as a paid account. This means you can hold a funded account plus a free BOGO account, and the free BOGO account will not be deleted. (One exception applies after a move to live-funded — see below.)
+ - The free BOGO account is not eligible to stand on its own. It must be paired with a qualifying account.
+ - An active, tradeable sim funded account of any kind counts the same as a paid account. This means you can hold a funded account plus a free BOGO account, and the free BOGO account will not be deleted. One exception applies after a move to live-funded, as explained below.
- You can identify a funded account by its account number, which begins with 2DF, EPS, EPV, or 7PV.
WARNING: At no point can you have two free BOGO accounts at the same time.
− NOTE: This is separate from the standard 29-day account inactivity rule. The BOGO dependency check runs on its own 3-day cycle and specifically targets free accounts left without an active paid or funded account.
+ If you have an existing free BOGO account, you must remain eligible to redeem any future BOGO offer under these rules. Receiving another promotional offer does not extend, pause, or restart the original 45-day redemption period.
+ NOTE: The BOGO dependency check is separate from the standard 29-day account inactivity rule. The dependency check runs on its own 3-day cycle and specifically applies to free BOGO accounts that are left without an active paid or qualifying funded account.
Exception: After Being Moved to Live-Funded
Section: Exception: After Being Moved to Live-Funded
− There is one situation where a funded account does not keep your free BOGO account. After you have been moved to a live-funded account, you cannot hold a live-funded account with only a free BOGO evaluation remaining. To keep your remaining free BOGO account, you must purchase another paid account within a 3-day period of being moved to live.
− WARNING: If you are moved to live-funded and your only other account is a free BOGO evaluation, you must buy another paid account within 3 days of the move. Otherwise the free BOGO account will be deleted.
+ There is one situation where a funded account does not keep your free BOGO account active. After you have been moved to a live-funded account, you cannot hold a live-funded account with only a free BOGO evaluation remaining. To keep your remaining free BOGO account, you must purchase another paid account within 3 calendar days of being moved to live-funded.
+ WARNING: If you are moved to live-funded and your only other account is a free BOGO evaluation, you must purchase another paid account within 3 days of the move. Otherwise, the free BOGO account will be deleted.
+ The 3-day live-funded requirement does not extend or modify the original 45-day BOGO redemption period.
How to Keep Your BOGO Account
Section: How to Keep Your BOGO Account
− Maintain at least one paid account that is being actively traded alongside your free BOGO account. If your paid account is cancelled, blown and not reset within the 29 Day period, or goes inactive and you are left with only the free BOGO account, the BOGO account will be removed on the next 3-day check.
+ First, your BOGO offer must be redeemed within 45 calendar days of the qualifying purchase.
+ After redemption, maintain at least one qualifying paid or funded account alongside your free BOGO account.
+ If your paid account is cancelled, blown and not reset within the applicable 29-day period, becomes inactive, or otherwise stops qualifying, and you are left with only the free BOGO account, the BOGO account will be removed on the next 3-day check.
+ Redeeming the BOGO within 45 days does not guarantee that the account will remain active if you later fail to meet the account requirements outlined above.

What "50% must be new profit" means in practice
You can request up to twice the profit you have made since your last approved payout, within the minimum and maximum for your size.
Section: What "50% must be new profit" means in practice
− Worked example on a funded Daily 50K: Your balance is $53,400, which is $1,300 above the $52,100 buffer. Your last payout was approved yesterday and you have made $700 since. Twice $700 is $1,400, but the 50K maximum is $1,000, so you request $1,000. At the 90/10 split you receive $900, less the 2% processing fee, so $882 arrives. Your balance becomes $52,400.
The practical effect is that one very good day followed by flat days will not let you keep withdrawing. Each request has to be at least half funded by profit made since the last one.
Why was my request declined?
- KYC is not complete.
Processing time and fees
Section: Processing time and fees
− Payouts are processed within 48 hours of the request. A 2% processing fee is deducted to cover payment and transaction costs, so the amount that reaches you is slightly below the figure on your payout certificate.

The daily progression rule
At least 50% of every payout request must be profit generated since your last approved payout. Put another way, you can request up to twice the profit you have made since your last payout, within the minimum and maximum above. For your first payout, all profit above the buffer counts as new profit.
Section: The daily progression rule
− Example on a funded Daily 50K: Your balance is $53,400, which is $1,300 above the $52,100 buffer. Your last payout was approved yesterday and you have made $700 since. The progression rule lets you request up to $1,400, twice your new profit. The 50K maximum is $1,000, so you request $1,000 and receive $900 after the 90/10 split, less the 2% processing fee, so $882 arrives. Your balance becomes $52,400 and your drawdown limit stays locked at $50,100.
If you do not meet the progression rule, the request is declined. That is not a breach. Keep trading and request again once at least half of the amount you want is profit made since your last payout.
Two checks run on every request. The progression rule above is one. The 60 second holding rule below is the other. Both have to pass, and a request can fail either one on its own.
