Get paid for your performance
You may request a payout from your Master Account after completing all payout requirements.
Each payout request is reviewed separately and must meet the trading-day, account-balance, consistency and documentation requirements described below.
Payout Eligibility
To submit a payout request, you must:
- complete at least 10 individual trading days;
- request at least $1,000;
- maintain the required Safety Threshold Reserve;
- meet the 40% Consistency Rule;
- submit all required payout and tax documents.
For each subsequent payout, another 10 trading days must be completed after the previous payout period has been completed.
Processing Schedule
Payouts are processed once a week, on Wednesdays.
To be included in the following Wednesday’s processing cycle, submit your payout request by 11:59 PM CT on Friday.
Weekends, public holidays and the days between the payout request and the Wednesday processing date do not count toward the next 10-trading-day requirement.
Important. A payout request does not begin the next trading period immediately. The next period begins after the previous payout has been completed.
Profit Split
You receive 100% of the first $10,000 paid from your Master Account.
After the first $10,000 has been withdrawn:
- the trader receives 90% of each additional payout;
- Bulenox receives a 10% commission.
The commission is applied when the payout is transferred.
Minimum and Maximum Payouts
The minimum payout amount is $1,000.
The maximum payout limit applies only to the first three payouts:
Account Size | Maximum Payout
$25,000 | $1,$00050,000 | $1,$500100,000 | $1,$750150,000 | $2,$000250,000 | $2,500
After the third payout, there is no maximum payout limit. The following requirements continue to apply:
- minimum payout of $1,000;
- 10 completed trading days;
- Safety Threshold Reserve;
- 40% Consistency Rule.
Safety Threshold Reserve
The Safety Threshold Reserve is the minimum amount that must remain above the starting balance after a payout.
Account Size | Safety Threshold Reserve
$25,000 | $1,$60050,000 | $2,$600100,000 | $3,$100150,000 | $4,$600250,000 | $5,600
Your account must contain enough profit to cover both:
- the Safety Threshold Reserve;
- the requested payout amount.
Example — $50,000 Master Account
To request the minimum payout of $1,000, the account balance must be at least $50,000 + $2,600 + $1,000 = $53,600.
After the payout, at least $52,600 must remain in the account.
Subject to the Master Account Agreement, the Safety Threshold Reserve may be requested when the Master Account Agreement is terminated.
40% Consistency Rule
The 40% Consistency Rule applies to every payout request.
Your most profitable trading day must not represent more than 40% of your Total P&L for the applicable payout period.
The calculation is: Consistency Percentage = Best Day P&L ÷ Total P&L × 100. The result must be 40% or less.
Example
A trader earns a Total P&L of $5,000 and the Best Day P&L is $2,500: $2,500 ÷ $5,000 × 100 = 50%. The requirement has not yet been met.
If the trader continues trading and increases the Total P&L to $7,500: $2,500 ÷ $7,500 × 100 = 33.33%. The requirement is now met.
If the Consistency Rule is not met:
- the account is not closed;
- no trading rule is considered violated;
- the trader may continue trading to increase Total P&L.
Important. For the first payout, the Safety Threshold Reserve is included in the Consistency Rule calculation.
Consistency After a Payout
For the first payout, Total P&L is calculated from the first trading day on the Master Account through the day the payout request is submitted.
After an approved payout:
- Total P&L resets for the next payout period;
- Best Day P&L does not reset;
- Best Day P&L changes only when a new, more profitable trading day is recorded.
For each subsequent request, Total P&L is calculated from the next trading day after the previous payout period through the date of the new request.
Required Documents
All required documents must be submitted before the payout request is reviewed. Every trader must complete the Bulenox Withdrawal Information Form.
Additional requirements depend on tax status:
- U.S. persons: completed and signed W-9;
- non-U.S. persons: completed and signed W-8BEN;
- companies: the applicable company tax form, including W-8BEN-E where required;
- a copy of a valid identification document may also be required.
The W-8BEN must be printed and signed by hand. After signing it, upload a scanned copy or a clear photograph.
Make sure the beneficiary name, address and payment details match the information provided in your forms. Incorrect or inconsistent information may delay the transfer.
Payment Methods
Payouts may be received through:
- ACH transfer / wire transfer;
- PayPal.
Bulenox does not charge a transfer fee. However, the receiving bank, intermediary bank or PayPal may apply its own fees.
Important. Before submitting a request, confirm that your account has enough funds, the Consistency Percentage is 40% or less, 10 trading days have been completed and all required documents have been provided.
Trade consistently, protect your reserve and request payouts according to your performance.
