Your morning update on futures prop firm rule changes, refreshed overnight.
We track the published rules and policies of 32 futures prop firms and keep every version, so when a firm edits a rule we have the before and after in writing. Most of what changes is really nothing: a fixed typo, a clarified sentence, a word added here and there. But real changes stand out fast, and you can literally watch rules and policies tighten line by line. Payout terms creep, consistency thresholds drop, and prices quietly climb. It works the other way too: sometimes payouts improve and rules loosen, and when that happens it’s usually one of our Premier firms.
Most of the tightening shows up on the Unlisted side, firms we track but haven’t listed on PickAPropFirm.com. When a firm with a rough reputation starts gaining traction on rock-bottom prices, promoted by affiliates who would scam their own grandma for a commission, the discount usually costs you somewhere else, and that somewhere shows up here. If a plan looks too good to be true, it almost always is.
Starred changes are the ones we think deserve your attention; the full feed below is everything we caught, right down to the typo fixes.
Treat this page like your morning paper. It updates overnight, so grab your coffee and see what changed. – Jmu (@jmutrades)
We split that step out and call it the Buffer Zone. It is where you build the balance that carries into your Sim Funded account, and it is deliberately gentler than the evaluation you just passed: a smaller target and no daily loss limit.
Account size | Profit target | Drawdown | Consistency | Largest single day
And if you fail it, you reset the Buffer Zone on its own. Your evaluation still stands — you never go back to the beginning. Resets are $250 each for the first three, then $300 for resets four to six, $350 for seven to nine, and so on. If your Buffer Zone had already passed into Sim Funded, a reset is $500. These are the Propel Buffer Zone reset prices.
Phase 3 — Sim Funded
Your account is still simulated, but the profits are real and you can withdraw them. There is no profit target here — the job is to keep trading well.
Payouts can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, on any balance above your starting balance. Requests made before 11am ET are processed the same trading day. While Sim Funded, stop trading for the day once you are $5,000 up and for the week once you are $10,000 up — passing $10,000 in total profit triggers a review for Live Brokerage, where the caps come off entirely.
Nothing is charged during this phase. Your subscription ended at the evaluation.
How the consistency rule works
The consistency rule keeps your biggest day in proportion to the rest of your trading. We compare your largest single profitable day against the sum of your profitable days. Losing days are left out of the calculation entirely — many firms divide by your net profit instead, which shrinks the number you are measured against and makes the rule harder to satisfy.
Here is a week counted both ways. Say you made $1,000 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $600 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $600 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,000 + $900 + $900 + $600 = $3,400. Your biggest day of $1,000 is 29.4% of that — inside the 34% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,400 − $600 = $2,800. The same $1,000 day is now 35.7% — outside the same rule. ❌
The 300K works to a 21% rule instead, so the same week would need your profit spread across more days to comply.
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.
Resetting a Propel evaluation
Most traders do not pass first time. A reset clears the days traded, the balance and the rules by creating a fresh evaluation account, so you can try again without buying a new plan.

Both options share the same risk logic. Option 1 uses the trailing drawdown. Option 2 uses the end-of-day drawdown together with a daily loss limit and has no scaling plan.
On both options the drawdown follows the balance upward and then stops for good once it reaches the starting balance plus $100. From that point it is a fixed floor and no longer moves.
On Option 2 the daily loss limit stays active for the whole life of the account and is never lifted. The $25,000 Option 2 account is the exception: it has no daily loss limit.

If you hold both CFDs and Futures Accounts, whichever KYC trigger occurs first will establish the verified record for your entire profile. Once this is approved, you will not be required to complete a separate KYC for other FundedNext products or other accounts you purchase in the future.
When is KYC required?
On FundedNext Futures, you will be required to submit your documents for KYC Verification before requesting your first Performance Reward.
To know about FundedNext CFD please refer to this link here.
Verification States and Requirements
It is important to note that simply submitting your documents does not satisfy the KYC requirement. Your KYC status should be "verified" in order to move forward with requesting a Performance Reward. While your KYC is in "Pending Review" or "Required" status, you will be able to trade on a FundedNext Account; however, you will not be able to receive a Performance Reward from your account until the verification is successful.
Required Documentation
To complete the KYC Verification, traders need to provide documents for identity verification. A photo of the any of the following documents for KYC:

Other than document submission, you also need to complete the Liveness Check, which is a real-time selfie to verify your identity.
Proof of Address
If requested, traders will have to submit proof of address to complete the KYC Verification process. To fulfill the address verification requirement, you must provide one of the following officially recognized documents:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
Please ensure that the document submitted was issued within the last three months.
KYC Validity and Expiration
Mandatory 90-Day KYC Renewal
To ensure our records remain accurate and to prevent delays during Performance Reward processing, FundedNext requires a mandatory 90-day KYC renewal for all verified traders. Every trader must re-submit their KYC documents after 90 days of their last approval date when they become eligible for KYC.
Why is renewal required?
Proactive renewal helps catch issues such as expired documents, name mismatches, or changes in country of residence before they interfere with your Performance Reward requests. This ensures a smoother transition throughout your journey at FundedNext.

- National ID
- Passport
- Permanent Residence Permit
Section: Required Documentation
+ - Driving License (applicable only for U.S.-based traders and traders from Australia, Canada, and New Zealand)
Renewal Timeline and Reminders
The "First-Trigger" Rule
If you hold both CFDs and Futures Accounts, whichever KYC trigger occurs first will establish the verified record for your entire profile. Once this is approved, you will not be required to complete a separate KYC for other FundedNext products or other accounts you purchase in the future.
When is KYC required?
On FundedNext Futures, you will be required to submit your documents for KYC Verification before requesting your first Performance Reward.

PremierFundedNext Futures · FundedNext to FNmarkets: 30% Deposit Bonus | FundedNext Futures Help CenterupdatedFuturesProcessing fee on FundedNext Performance Reward transfers to FNmarkets waived for limited time; bonus calculated on full amount with no deduction.Jul 30
- It applies to every qualifying transfer while the program is active.
Eligibility for the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
The Bonus Program is available to fully verified clients who route funds into FNmarkets via the FundedNext Performance Reward to FNmarkets deposit feature and who meet all the requirements described as follows:
- Only funds that are transferred to FNmarkets through the FundedNext Performance Reward deposit feature qualify for this bonus.
- You must have completed verified KYC before claiming the bonus in both FundedNext and FNmarkets.
- All FNmarkets campaign credits must be linked to a single Standard account, and only that account can receive the Bonus. If the Client already has an Standard account tied to another FNmarkets campaign, the FundedNext Performance Reward must be sent to the same account to qualify. If no Standard account exists, the client must open one, after which it will appear as Performance Reward transfer option.
- Traders who are banned, blacklisted, or otherwise excluded from any FNmarkets campaign are not eligible.
- Bonuses may be withheld or reversed during any ongoing KYC, AML, sanctions, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, or fraud-prevention review.
How is the bonus calculated under the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
A 3.5% withdrawal commission fee is deducted when a Performance Reward is routed to FNmarkets, so the bonus is calculated on the net received amount.
- Example: $100 from FundedNext → USD 96.50 received after the 3.5% deduction → bonus = 30% × 96.50 = USD 28.95.
- The bonus is credited automatically to the selected Standard account, typically within 24 hours of the transfer.
Section: How is the bonus calculated under the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
What are the minimum and maximum limits for the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
- Minimum: USD 50 (gross, before deduction) sent from the FundedNext Performance Reward. After the deduction, roughly USD 48.25 is received, and the 30% bonus on that is USD 14.48.
- Maximum: The most Bonus Credit you can hold at any one time is USD 3,000. Once you hold the USD 3,000 maximum, no further bonus is issued until Credit headroom frees up (for example, after a withdrawal reduces existing Credit).
Examples of how the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus works.
Example 1 — Single Performance Reward transfer
You route a FundedNext Performance Reward of USD 1,000.
After the 3.5% deduction, USD 965 is received into the Standard account.
Bonus = 30% × 965 = USD 289.50.
Total trading equity: USD 1,254.50.
The bonus is calculated on the received USD 965, not the USD 1,000 sent.
Example 2 — Pre-existing Standard account balance
Your Standard account already holds USD 100.
You route a Performance Reward directly to that Standard account; USD 96.50 is received after the 3.5% deduction.
The account balance becomes USD 196.50.
Bonus = 30% × 96.50 = USD 28.95.
Only the FundedNext-sourced USD 96.50 earns the bonus; the pre-existing USD 100 does not.
Example 3 — Multiple transfers reaching the cap
First transfer: USD 5,000 received → 30% bonus = USD 1,500.
Second transfer: USD 5,000 received → 30% bonus = USD 1,500.
Total Bonus Credit held: USD 3,000.
You now hold the maximum Bonus Credit and will not receive further bonus on additional transfers until Bonus Credit headroom becomes available again.
Example 4 — Single transfer exceeding the cap
You route a Performance Reward; USD 12,000 is received.
30% of USD 12,000 = USD 3,600.
Since the maximum Bonus Credit is USD 3,000, only USD 3,000 is credited as bonus.
Which countries are excluded from the 30% Performance Reward Deposit Bonus?
The promotion is not available to residents of Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Thailand, or any other jurisdiction where such promotions are restricted or prohibited by law. Eligibility is also subject to FNmarkets' live/banned-country list.

PremierFundedNext Futures · How does the Add-On feature work with the FundedNext Futures Challenges? | FundedNext Futures Help CenterupdatedFuturesRemoved explanation of 90% Reward Share Add-On including pricing structure, account tiers, and example calculation for Futures Flex Challenge.Jul 29
The Add-On feature in FundedNext's Futures Challenge purchase is an optional enhancement that traders can choose to apply to their trading plan. This feature is designed to provide greater benefits to our traders.
− FundedNext Futures is offering: 90% Reward Share Add-On for Futures Flex Challenge.
− 90% Reward Share Add-On:
− The 90% Reward Share Add-On is a significant enhancement that allows traders to receive a higher percentage of their earnings. When you opt for this Add-On, you are entitled to a 90% Reward Share of their profits.
− In the Futures Legacy, Rapid and Bolt, the initial Performance Reward from the FundedNext Account starts at 80%. However, if you are using the Futures Flex Account with this Add-On, then the Reward Share will be 90% from the FundedNext Account.
− If you opt for the 90% Reward Share Add-On, it will incur an additional 11% ($14.99) fee for the $50K Flex Account, 10% ($24.99) for the $100K Flex Account and an additional 7% fee ($34.99) for $150K Flex Account on top of their selected Challenge price.
− For example, if traders want to purchase a Futures Flex $100,000 Challenge Account base priced at $249.99, once they select the 90% Reward Share Add-On, the price will be $274.98 (a 10% increase on the offer launch price).
FundedNext Futures is offering: Daily Loss Limit Add-On for Futures Rapid Pro Challenge.
Daily Loss Limit Add-On: daily loss limit
The Negative Daily Loss Limit (DLL) Add-On is an optional adjustment that lets traders lower the price of their Challenge. When you opt for this Add-On, a daily loss limit is applied to your account, and in return you receive a reduced challenge price.
By default, the Rapid Pro path has no daily loss limit, giving traders full flexibility over their daily risk. However, if you opt for the Negative Daily Loss Limit Add-On, a daily loss limit will apply from the Challenge Phase through the FundedNext Account, in exchange for a lower entry cost.
If you opt for the Negative Daily Loss Limit Add-On, it will reduce your Challenge price by $20 for the $25K Rapid Pro Account, $40 for the $50K Rapid Pro Account, and $50 for the $100K Rapid Pro Account off their selected Challenge price.
For example, if traders want to purchase a Rapid Pro $100,000 Challenge Account base priced at $249.99, once they select the Negative DLL Add-On, the price will be $199.99 (a 20% reduction on the offer launch price), and a $1,250 Daily Loss Limit will be applied to the account.
Additional Considerations:
Reset Criteria: If a trader opts for an Add-On, that account needs to be reset along with the Add-On. Resetting the account without the Add-On is not permitted.
Reset Fees: For accounts with the Add-On, Reset fees are calculated based on the base price with the additional Add-On price, with a reset discount.
In summary, the Add-On feature in FundedNext's new Challenge purchase offers enhanced Performance Reward options, allowing traders to maximize their profits with FundedNext.

PremierFundedNext Futures · Road To Live Trading - Flex Challenge | FundedNext Futures Help CenterupdatedFuturesThe 25K account size option was removed from three tables covering starting balance, contract limits, and MLL lock floors.Jul 28
Example: If a trader is selected during the 3rd cycle, the transition will occur after the trader requests their 3rd payout from that cycle.
2. Transition Process
Challenge Accounts
- All active Challenge Accounts are permanently closed at the time of transition
- These accounts are not eligible for any refunds
Note: Traders who prefer to preserve their Challenge Accounts should keep this in mind before stacking multiple Challenge Accounts
FundedNext Accounts
- FundedNext Accounts with at least 1 successful withdrawal will be transitioned to a live account
- FundedNext Accounts with 0 payouts will be closed, and the funded account’s cost will be refunded within 24 hours once the live transition is completed.
3. Live Account Parameters
Traders receive one live account per eligible funded account transitioning, up to a maximum of 5 live accounts.
Account Size | Starting Balance | Max Loss Limit (MLL)
− 25K | $1,500 | Starts from $0
50K | $2,000 | Starts from $0
100K | $3,000 | Starts from $0
150K | $4,500 | Starts from $0
Note: No DLL is imposed on the live account(s)
Withdrawal Benefits:
- Daily withdrawal option
- Minimum withdrawal request: $100
- 100% profit split on the first $5,000 in cumulative withdrawals, then 90/10 thereafter.
4. Contract Limits
Traders who lock their MLL demonstrate they have grown their account to match their initial deposit, a mark of consistent and responsible trading. As a reward for reaching this milestone, contract limits double once the MLL locks, giving traders greater capacity to scale their live trading.
The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) on your live account is trailing. It moves up as your account grows, but never moves down.
The MLL locks in any of two situations:
- When you request a payout;
- When your profit equals your initial MLL amount
Once locked, the MLL floor is fixed. If your balance touches or drops below this floor, the account is auto-liquidated.
Note: If the requested withdrawal reduces the current account balance to the initial deposit amount, the account will be automatically liquidated.
Example: 50K account ($2,000 starting balance):
Event | Balance | MLL Floor | What Happens
Balance reaches $4,000 | $4,000 | $2,000 | MLL locks — profit has equalled the MLL amount
Payout requested at any point | — | $2,000 | MLL locks at the starting balance if not already locked
Balance drops to $2,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 | The account has reached the MLL Level, account breached
Key rule: Once the MLL locks, it will not trail further. You can never lose more than your starting MLL buffer from that point.
6. MLL Lock Benefit
Your MLL locks $1,000 below your starting balance. On a 50K live account, that means your MLL locks at $1,000, not at the $2,000 starting balance. This is the MLL Lock Benefit, and it applies automatically to every live account.
Here's the full journey on a 50K account:
You start with a $2,000 balance, and your MLL trails up from $0 as you profit. The MLL locks when your profit equals your starting balance (balance reaches $4,000) or when you request a payout, whichever comes first. At that moment, the floor is set at $1,000. Permanently. It will never trail up again, no matter how much you make above it.
From the lock onward, $1,000 is the only breach level on your account. Dropping below your $2,000 starting balance does not end your account anymore. Your account breaches only if your balance touches $1,000. Locking at $4,000 means you hold $3,000 of trading room, locked in for the life of the account.
Why we built it this way: A locked MLL means you've either doubled your loss buffer or taken a live payout. Both are proof that you can hold profits on a live account. We could hand out a one-time bonus; rather, we are providing what actually compounds: more room to keep trading, more room to scale payouts.
Locked maximum loss limit floors per account size:
Account Size | Starting Balance | MLL Locks at
− 25K | $1,500 | $500
50K | $2,000 | $1,000
100K | $3,000 | $2,000
150K | $4,500 | $3,500
Every size follows the same rule: the lock is $1,000 below your starting balance.
Example: 50K account ($2,000 starting balance):
Event | Balance | MLL | Status
Account opens | $2,000 | Trailing from $0 | Active
Balance reaches $4,000 (or payout requested) | $4,000 | Locks at $1,000 | Active
Balance drops to $1,800 | $1,800 | $1,000 | Active
Traders who breach live account(s) enter a mandatory cooldown before any trading is permitted.
After
Example: If a trader is selected during the 3rd cycle, the transition will occur after the trader requests their 3rd payout from that cycle.

- When you request a payout;
Account Size | Starting Balance | MLL Locks at
50K | $2,000 | $1,000
Example: If a trader is selected during the 3rd cycle, the transition will occur after the trader requests their 3rd payout from that cycle.
