Futures Prop Firm Rule Radar
Every night Rule Radar archives the help center of every futures prop firm on the price list and shows exactly what changed: which page, which line, dated, before and after. Payout terms, consistency rules, drawdown math, activation fees: firms rewrite these without an announcement, and this is where you catch it. Updated pages open to the exact wording that changed, every article keeps a full version history you can compare, and a plain-English line on each row says what happened. Nothing here is written by the firms. It is their own help center, read every day and kept. – Jmu (@jmutrades)

1 mini = 10 micros.
Both options share the same risk logic. Option 1 uses the trailing drawdown. Option 2 uses the end-of-day drawdown together with a daily loss limit and has no scaling plan.
On both options the drawdown follows the balance upward and then stops for good once it reaches the starting balance plus $100. From that point it is a fixed floor and no longer moves.
On Option 2 the daily loss limit stays active for the whole life of the account and is never lifted. The $25,000 Option 2 account is the exception: it has no daily loss limit.

We split that step out and call it the Buffer Zone. It is where you build the balance that carries into your Sim Funded account, and it is deliberately gentler than the evaluation you just passed: a smaller target and no daily loss limit.
| Account size | Profit target | Drawdown | Consistency | Largest single day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,500 | $1,200 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $510 (34% of target) |
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $1,020 (34% of target) |
| 100K | $3,500 | $2,500 Trailing (EOD) | 34% | $1,190 (34% of target) |
| 150K | $2,000 | $-1,000 Static | 34% | $680 (34% of target) |
| 200K | $3,000 | $-2,000 Static | 34% | $1,020 (34% of target) |
| 300K | $3,500 | $-2,500 Static | 21% | $735 (21% of target) |
And if you fail it, you reset the Buffer Zone on its own. Your evaluation still stands — you never go back to the beginning. Resets are $250 each for the first three, then $300 for resets four to six, $350 for seven to nine, and so on. If your Buffer Zone had already passed into Sim Funded, a reset is $500. These are the Propel Buffer Zone reset prices.
Phase 3 — Sim Funded
Your account is still simulated, but the profits are real and you can withdraw them. There is no profit target here — the job is to keep trading well.

Payouts can be requested daily, Monday to Friday, on any balance above your starting balance. Requests made before 11am ET are processed the same trading day. While Sim Funded, stop trading for the day once you are $5,000 up and for the week once you are $10,000 up — passing $10,000 in total profit triggers a review for Live Brokerage, where the caps come off entirely.
Nothing is charged during this phase. Your subscription ended at the evaluation.
How the consistency rule works
The consistency rule keeps your biggest day in proportion to the rest of your trading. We compare your largest single profitable day against the sum of your profitable days. Losing days are left out of the calculation entirely — many firms divide by your net profit instead, which shrinks the number you are measured against and makes the rule harder to satisfy.
Here is a week counted both ways. Say you made $1,000 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $600 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $600 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,000 + $900 + $900 + $600 = $3,400. Your biggest day of $1,000 is 29.4% of that — inside the 34% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,400 − $600 = $2,800. The same $1,000 day is now 35.7% — outside the same rule. ❌
The 300K works to a 21% rule instead, so the same week would need your profit spread across more days to comply.
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.
Resetting a Propel evaluation
Most traders do not pass first time. A reset clears the days traded, the balance and the rules by creating a fresh evaluation account, so you can try again without buying a new plan.

Your drawdown stops moving once you have earned it back. The floor trails your closed daily profit dollar-for-dollar, and once your lifetime net profit matches your starting drawdown it locks permanently at your starting balance. From that point the account cannot fail below breakeven.
A 40% consistency rule applies while Sim Funded, and payouts become available every three trading days once your balance is above the threshold in the table above.
Say you made $1,400 on Monday, $900 on Tuesday, lost $900 on Wednesday, then made $900 on Thursday and $400 on Friday:
- At BluSky we add up your profitable days: $1,400 + $900 + $900 + $400 = $3,600. Your biggest day of $1,400 is 38.9% of that — inside the 40% rule. ✅
- Counting net profit instead subtracts the losing day: $3,600 − $900 = $2,700. The same $1,400 day jumps to 51.9% — outside the same rule. ❌
Being out of consistency does not fail your account. It is checked when you request a payout or try to pass a phase, and you fix it by trading on — every additional profitable day grows the total you are measured against and brings your percentage down.

Sim and Live Account Restrictions
You cannot have Sim Funded and Live Funded accounts active at the same time.
Sim and Live accounts require different data subscriptions that cannot run simultaneously. This restriction applies to your entire household.
If you have an ACTIVE Live account (Legacy or Elite):
- You cannot purchase or activate new evaluations
- You cannot open new Sim Funded accounts
- No one in your household can have Sim accounts while you have Live
After your Live account has FAILED or CLOSED:
- You can purchase new evaluations or funded accounts after the cool-off period
- New accounts follow current Elite program rules
- Tradeify monitors performance on your new accounts and may initiate a live transition at its discretion
- Payouts from your previous Simulated Accounts do NOT count toward the new Elite qualification
Section: Inactivity Policy
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to transition to Elite Live? Can I decline and keep my Sim Funded account?
A: Once you are selected for Elite Live transition, it is mandatory — you cannot decline. Here's how it works:
- Tradeify monitors individual account performance and selects traders for live transition at its discretion
- Tradeify reviews your performance and selects traders for transition
- Once selected, you MUST transition — this is not optional
- All Sim Funded and evaluation accounts close when you transition
You cannot keep your Sim Funded account running indefinitely. The timing of your transition is at Tradeify's discretion, but once selected, the transition is not optional.
Q: I have a Legacy Live account. Can I start new evaluations and qualify for Elite Live?
A: See the Sim and Live Account Restrictions section above. In short: you must close your Legacy Live account first. Once closed, you can start new evaluations and become eligible for Elite Live based on your account performance.
Q: Do payouts from my Legacy Live account count toward Elite eligibility?
A: No. Only payouts from Sim Funded accounts count toward Elite eligibility. Your Legacy Live account operates under Legacy Live rules. New funded accounts you purchase (after your Legacy Live closes) follow the current Elite program independently.

Before
At Funded Futures Family, we don’t permit bot or algorithmic trading. Our goal is to create a fair, human-driven trading environment. Here’s how we detect bot-like activity and ensure that all trading is genuine:
- High-Frequency Trade Patterns: Bots often execute trades at extremely high frequencies within milliseconds. We monitor for unusually high trade volumes or repetitive trading patterns that occur faster than human capability.
- Unusual Scalping Behavior: While we support scalping, excessive entries and exits in very short periods may indicate automated trading. Legitimate scalping is usually characterized by trades based on market conditions, whereas bots tend to follow consistent, repetitive patterns.
- Non-Human Timing: We track the consistency of order timing. Bots often operate at precise intervals or react instantly to certain price triggers, which isn’t typical of manual trading.
- Simultaneous Market Activity: Some automated strategies rely on simultaneous or cross-market trading (e.g., hedging across different platforms). We watch for behavior that suggests coordinated strategies or arbitrage that would be difficult to achieve manually.
Violating this policy may lead to account suspension or bans to protect the integrity of our trading environment. Please contact support if you have any questions about acceptable trading practices.
− We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to creating a fair, respectful trading space.

How End-of-Day (EOD) Drawdown Is Calculated
The formula is:
Highest End-of-Day Account Balance − Maximum Drawdown = Drawdown Threshold
The highest end-of-day account balance is determined using your account's closing balance at the end of each trading session.
This means intraday gains and losses do not affect your drawdown. The drawdown is only recalculated once the trading day has closed.
If your account balance falls below the drawdown threshold, the account is considered breached.
How Intraday Trailing Drawdown Is Calculated
The formula is:
Highest Unrealized Account Value − Maximum Drawdown = Drawdown Threshold
The highest unrealized account value includes profits from open positions.
This means the system considers the highest point your account reaches, even if that profit has not yet been closed.
If your account balance/equity falls below the drawdown threshold, the account is considered breached.

How End-of-Day Drawdown Is Calculated
The formula is:
End-of-Day Drawdown = Highest End-of-Day Balance − Maximum Drawdown
The highest end-of-day account balance is determined using your account's closing balance at the end of each trading session.
This means intraday gains and losses do not affect your drawdown. The drawdown is only recalculated once the trading day has closed.
If your account balance falls below the drawdown threshold, the account is considered breached.
Understanding End-of-Day Drawdown
The End-of-Day Drawdown is a risk management feature that adjusts your drawdown based on your highest closing account balance at the end of each trading day.
Once the drawdown threshold increases after a higher closing balance, it never moves back down. After the drawdown reaches the account's starting balance (the static threshold), it locks permanently and no longer trails upward, regardless of future profits.

What Happens After a Payout?
One of the most common questions traders ask is:
"What happens to my drawdown after I receive a payout?"

How do I qualify for a live account?
Section: How do I qualify for a live account?
− There is no public payout count, dollar target, or numeric milestone that "unlocks" a live account. Our risk team reviews every funded trader based on the full picture — your consistency, how you manage drawdowns, your trading conduct, and your overall risk profile — and identifies when you are ready to move to live capital.
The best path to live is to trade like you intend to keep trading: consistent, disciplined, and risk-aware. Strong trading patterns are noticed regardless of payout count.
Why no public threshold?
We want traders focused on developing genuine consistency, not chasing a specific number. A public threshold encourages optimising for the threshold rather than for trading quality, which is the actual signal we look for. Removing it keeps the program aligned around the right thing: building the kind of track record we can trust on live capital.
What does the risk team look at?
Section: What does the risk team look at?
− The full picture of your trading with us, including (but not limited to):
- Consistency of your trading and your results over time
- How you manage drawdowns and risk
− - Trading conduct (e.g. how you handle news, position sizing, behaviour around the daily reset)
- Your overall risk profile and account history
There is no single metric that triggers transition. It is a holistic call by the risk team.
Can I ask the risk team to move me to live?
Section: Can I ask the risk team to move me to live?
− You do not need to. The team has full visibility into every funded account and reaches out directly when a trader is approved for transition. Asking for review does not move you up the queue — sustained consistency does.
Does my product type affect when I move to live?
Section: Does my product type affect when I move to live?
− The transition criterion is the same on every product (EOD, 1-Day-Pass-Plan, Instant Classic, Flex): risk team review of your trading history. What can differ in practice is how quickly different products build a track record — 1-Day-Pass-Plan accounts move faster per cycle, EOD and Instant Funded need more winning days per payout — but the decision itself is product-agnostic.
Do account sizes have different criteria?
Section: Do account sizes have different criteria?
− No — the criterion is the same across 25K, 50K, 100K, and 150K accounts. The size of your eventual live account scales with your sim portfolio (see What if I have multiple sim accounts? in Collection 3), but the path itself is consistent.
Will my existing payouts count?
Section: Will my existing payouts count?
− Yes — your entire trading history with us is what the risk team reviews. Every approved payout, your consistency, how you have handled drawdowns, your overall risk profile. If you have already built a strong track record, the risk team has visibility into that and factors it into their review.
− If you are approved for transition before the live environment is operational, your live account is reserved and your sim account is held until launch — see Collection 1 for how that works.
How will I know I'm being moved to live?

What the page said before and after
Before
After an approved payout, a new payout cycle begins on the same account. You must meet the applicable payout requirements again before submitting another request.
What resets after a payout?
- Your winning-days counter resets to zero.
- Your consistency calculation starts fresh for the new payout cycle.
For your first payout, consistency is calculated using the profit accumulated since the account was funded. For later payouts, it is calculated using the profit accumulated during the new cycle after your previous approved payout.
New-profit requirement from your second payout
For accounts created after August 7, 2026, the following rule applies from the second payout onward:
At least 50% of the amount you request must come from new profit generated since your previous approved payout.
For example, a $2,000 payout request requires at least $1,000 in new profit during the current payout cycle.
Section: New-profit requirement from your second payout
Eligible example
You trade a 50K account to $54,000 and receive a first payout of $2,000, leaving the account at $52,000.
You complete the requirements for the next payout cycle and grow the account to $54,000 again. You have generated $2,000 in new profit since the previous payout, so you satisfy the new-profit requirement for another $2,000 request.
Not-yet-eligible example
Using the same example, your account has reached only $52,800. That is $800 in new profit.
A $2,000 request requires at least $1,000 in new profit, so you are not yet eligible to submit that request. Continue trading until the requirement is met.
Additional requirement for Instant Classic
Section: Additional requirement for Instant Classic
− After the first payout on an Instant Classic account, you must surpass your previous equity high—the account equity level reached before your last withdrawal—before requesting another payout.
If your Instant Classic account was created after August 7, 2026, you must satisfy both the previous-equity-high requirement and the new-profit requirement.
Section: Daily Payouts
What happens if my recurring payout request is declined?
Section: What happens if my recurring payout request is declined?
− A declined request is not a breach and carries no account penalty. Continue trading and submit another request during an available payout window once all requirements are met.
Before requesting another payout
Make sure that:
Section: Before requesting another payout
− - You have completed the required winning days for the new payout cycle.
- You meet the consistency rule that applies to your account.
- You meet the new-profit requirement if your account is subject to it.
- You have surpassed the previous equity high if you trade an Instant Classic account.

▸ View exact changes
The change in place, line by line
Before
The consistency rule ensures that your profits are distributed across multiple trading days rather than depending on one unusually large winning day.
It measures how much of your total profit for the current evaluation or payout cycle came from your most profitable trading day.
How is consistency calculated?
Use the following calculation:
Highest-profit day ÷ total profit for the cycle × 100
Your highest-profit day must not be more than the consistency threshold for your account type. Landing exactly on the threshold is allowed.
Consistency thresholds by account type
| Account type | Evaluation | Funded |
|---|---|---|
| EOD Challenge | 50% | 30% |
| 1-Day-Pass-Plan | No consistency rule | 35% |
| Instant Classic | Not applicable | 20% |
| Flex Challenge | 50% | No consistency percentage |
Section: Consistency thresholds by account type
Worked example
You have $3,000 in total profit during the current payout cycle on an EOD funded account. Your highest-profit day is $1,200.
$1,200 ÷ $3,000 × 100 = 40%
The EOD funded consistency threshold is 30%, so you are not yet eligible to request a payout.
If you continue trading until your total profit reaches $4,000, the calculation becomes:
$1,200 ÷ $4,000 × 100 = 30%
You are now within the consistency threshold, provided you have met the other payout requirements.
What happens if I exceed the consistency threshold?
You are not disqualified, and exceeding the threshold does not close your account.
You simply cannot request a payout while your highest-profit day is above the applicable threshold. Continue trading and accumulating profit on other days until the highest-profit day represents no more than the allowed percentage of your total profit.
The consistency rule is checked when you request a payout, not continuously while you trade. This gives you the opportunity to bring your account back within the threshold before submitting your request.
Does Flex have a funded consistency rule?
Flex funded accounts do not have a numerical consistency percentage. However, all trading must still comply with GFF trading rules and must reflect genuine trading activity. Having no funded consistency percentage does not override prohibited-strategy or anti-gaming rules.

Section: Does Daily Payouts have a funded consistency rule?
+ Does Daily Payouts have a funded consistency rule?
+ No. Daily Payouts has no consistency rule on the funded account, so it places no limit on your payouts. The 40% consistency rule applies during the evaluation only, and in practice it means spreading your profit across at least three trading days.

− Copying your own trades is allowed.
You may copy your own trades across your own GFF accounts, and across accounts you hold elsewhere. If you buy a multi account bundle, copying your own trades into each of them is the intended use.
− Copying other people is not.
Trading someone else's calls, whether from a signal provider, a trading group, a third party service, a copy or mirror service, or an EA that follows an external source, is a prohibited trading practice and may result in account termination.
There is a practical reason beyond fairness. When several unrelated traders follow the same source, their accounts hold matching positions at matching times. ▸ View exact changes
What the page said before and after
Before
Tick scalping refers to extremely short-term trading where positions are opened and closed within seconds to capture very small price movements, often using high position sizes.
− Trading strategies that generate profits through unrealistic execution conditions such as rapid entries and exit within a few ticks may not reflect real market behavior. In live trading environments, such activity is often affected by slippage, liquidity limitations, and partial fills, making these results difficult to replicate consistently.
− This rule applies across all account types, including Flex accounts, to ensure consistency and alignment with realistic market conditions. If such activity is identified, any profits generated from it may be reviewed and deducted.
Traders are encouraged to follow strategies that are sustainable and reflect genuine live-market execution.

Important for Funded Accounts
The drawdown continues to trail normally as your account reaches new equity highs until it reaches your account's initial starting balance. Once it reaches the starting balance, it locks permanently and will not trail any higher.
Section: Important for Funded Accounts
Requesting or receiving a payout does not automatically move or lock your drawdown at the starting balance. Your drawdown remains wherever it was before the payout.
Example
On a $50,000 funded account:
− • Current account balance: $51,000
− • Current drawdown floor: $49,000
If you request a $1,000 payout, your account balance becomes $50,000, but your drawdown floor remains at $49,000 because it had not yet reached the starting balance before the payout.
This means you now have $1,000 of remaining drawdown room.
Only after the drawdown naturally reaches your account's initial starting balance does it lock permanently.
− Once the drawdown has locked at the starting balance, it will remain there even after future payouts. If your balance later falls below the starting balance, the account will be breached.
Does requesting a payout lock my drawdown at the starting balance?
Section: Does requesting a payout lock my drawdown at the starting balance?
− No.
− Requesting or receiving a payout does not change the position of your drawdown floor.
− The drawdown continues to trail according to your account rules until it naturally reaches your account's initial starting balance. Only then does it lock permanently.
− If the drawdown has not yet reached the starting balance before the payout, it will remain at its current level after the payout.

Section: 1. Trailing EOD (end of day)
− A trailing drawdown is a loss level that moves upward as your account reaches new highs, but never moves back down. Think of it as a rising floor beneath your account — it follows your profits up but stays put when you give back. If your account equity falls to or below this level, the account is breached.
− Once the drawdown floor reaches your account's initial starting balance, it locks there permanently and stops trailing. This applies to all account types — both challenges and funded accounts.
− There are two types of trailing drawdown at GOAT Funded Futures:
− 1. Trailing EOD (End of Day) — used on EOD, 1-Day-Pass-Plan and Flex accounts: The drawdown floor only updates at the end of each trading day, based on your closing balance.
Example (50K account, $2,000 max drawdown):
− - You start at $50,000 — your floor is $48,000.
− - You close the day at $51,500 — your floor moves up to $49,500.
− - During the next day your equity dips to $49,200 intraday but you close at $50,800 — no breach, because the floor is based on your end-of-day balance, not intraday equity.
− - Over time, your closing balances push the floor up to $50,000 (your initial starting balance). The floor is now locked and will not trail any further.
− 2. Trailing Intraday — used on Instant Classic accounts: The drawdown floor updates in real time, tracking your highest equity point during the session — including unrealized profits on open positions.
Example (50K account, $2,000 max drawdown):
− - You start at $50,000 — your floor is $48,000.
− - Your equity reaches $51,500 during a trade — your floor moves up to $49,500 immediately.
− - If your equity drops to $49,500 at any point — even before closing the trade — the account is breached.
− - Your equity continues climbing to $52,000 — the floor moves to $50,000 (your initial starting balance). The floor is now locked and will not trail any further.
− Important note for Funded Accounts: Once the drawdown floor locks at the starting balance, your account has no cushion below that level. For example, if you've grown your 50K account to $54,000 and withdraw $4,000 in profits, your balance returns to $50,000 — which is exactly where the floor is locked. At that point, any drop in equity at all will breach the account. Always keep a buffer in your account when making withdrawals.
