TL;DR: After you complete payment, your FundedNext Futures Challenge is processed immediately, and how quickly you receive your credentials depends on your payment method — card and crypto are instant, while other methods may have slight verification delays. Your login credentials are sent by email and are also available in your FundedNext Dashboard. Accounts purchased on Sunday are issued after 7:00 AM CT due to Tradovate's scheduled maintenance. If you don't see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder, and always keep your credentials secure.
After successfully completing your payment, your Challenge is processed immediately. The time it takes to receive your account credentials depends on the payment method you used:
- Instant access: Payments made via card and crypto are processed immediately.
- Slight verification delay: Other payment methods may require additional verification, which can cause minor delays.
Where can I find my login credentials?
Once your account is successfully created:
- You'll receive an email notification with your login details.
- You can also find your login credentials in your FundedNext Dashboard.
When will I receive an account purchased on Sunday?
Any account purchased on Sunday will be issued after 7:00 AM CT, due to Tradovate's scheduled maintenance window.
When you complete your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email from FundedNext confirming that your payment was received and letting you know that your account will be issued after 7:00 AM CT. There's nothing further you need to do — your credentials will follow once the account is issued.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email was filtered there. Your credentials are always available in your FundedNext Dashboard as well, so you can log in and retrieve them there if needed.
