Permanent Platform Selection Policy
Once an account is generated on a specific platform, platform switches are strictly not permitted. The platform chosen during checkout remains permanently assigned to that specific account for its entire lifecycle.
Key Policy Guidelines
- No Mid-Evaluation Transfers: You cannot transfer an active, paused, or inactive account from one platform to another.
- Passed Evaluations & Funded Accounts: When you pass an evaluation challenge, your new funded account will automatically be issued on the exact same platform used during the evaluation. You cannot switch platforms upon passing.
- Account Resets: Performing an account reset restores your account balance and rules, but it does not allow you to change platforms. The reset account will remain on its original platform.
How to Trade on a Different Platform
If you would like to trade using a different platform (for example, moving from Tradovate/NinjaTrader to BlackArrow, or vice versa), you must select your desired platform when purchasing a new account at checkout.
