No, and this is the thing to check before you use one. Each card states its scope on the front, and it is binding: a funded card cannot be used on an evaluation, and the other way round. The apply screen only offers you the accounts a card is allowed to touch, but read the card first so you pull the right one for the account you have in mind.

If you are unsure:
Open the card in your Collection: the scope, the number of uses and exactly what it changes are written on the card itself. Support can also check any card for you before you spend it.
