Where can I see all my sales and commissions?
You can download a detailed commission ledger from the dashboard whenever you need it — every referred sale and every commission, on demand. The ledger covers your own account data.
What is the Campaign section for?
The Campaign view shows every perk, every threshold, and your currently assigned commission rates in one place — so you always know where you stand and what's next.
A client purchased it, but the sale isn't showing on my dashboard. What should I do?
Attribution depends on the client using your code (or arriving through your link) at the point of purchase. If a confirmed sale isn't appearing, open the live chat inside your dashboard with the details — the date, the product, and the order reference if you have it — and the team will check it for you.
