Before contacting support, please check the following:
- Log into your dashboard and compare your account equity against the drawdown limit. If your equity is at or below the drawdown level, the breach is correct.
- Check whether you had any open positions with unrealized losses that may have pushed your equity below the limit. Drawdown calculations include unrealized P&L, commissions, and fees.
- Check whether your account has been inactive for more than 7 consecutive days, as this will also trigger a breach.
If after reviewing the above you still believe the breach was made in error, contact support with your account ID and a description of what happened.
