If your payment didn't go through, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them:
- Insufficient funds or card limit reached — Check your available balance or contact your bank to increase your transaction limit.
- Bank blocked the transaction — International transactions are sometimes flagged by banks. Call your bank to authorize the payment, then try again.
- Incorrect card details — Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
