You may hold up to 5 funded Elite accounts at any one time. The 25K counts toward that same limit, alongside the 50K, 100K and 150K, so the 5 is a total across the range rather than 5 of each size.
The limit applies to funded accounts. Evaluations in progress do not count until they pass.
Your checkout configuration makes no difference here. A 25K with the $600 daily loss limit and a 25K without it are both simply funded Elite accounts as far as the limit is concerned.
Because the payout cap is flat at $1,000 per payout regardless of how much profit sits on the account, holding several funded accounts is the intended way to scale your earnings on the Elite range.
