Payouts
=> Daily Payout Processing:
Payouts requested before 11AM ET on weekdays (excluding holidays) will be processed on the same day. Transfer times may take from 1-3 business days, depending on your bank and payout method. Payouts requested after 11AM ET will be processed the next business day.

There are NO minimum days to trade to request your first payout, you just need to be above the minimum account balance in your Sim Funded Account.
You will be funded in a Sim Funded Account first after Buffer Stage and Orbit Evaluation , so all the profits you make (Not including the Buffer from the Buffer Phase) in it are real and we're happy to send them to you. It's also how we scale our business.

- Minimum Payout - To qualify your Sim Funded for payouts, you must be above your initial starting balance by $500.

You will be paid as an individual contractor by 1099 NEC under FL law(If you need a 1099 NEC for your LLC you must select Gusto as your payout method).
Non-US citizens must submit a W-8BEN on first payout. No reports are sent for Non-US citizens.
*Onboarding must be completed within 30 days from date of submission or payout will be voided.
*Any payout issues must be brought within 30 days or the payout is voided.

BluSky Trading Company LLC reserves the right to payout the trader at any time and under any circumstances. Being paid out is the same 1099 as taking money from a Brokerage account, being paid out does not imply any type of employment with BluSky.
