Going forward, you must have a verified Rise account linked to your Top One Futures profile in order to request a payout. If you do not have a verified Rise account linked, you will not be able to submit a payout request. This article explains how to set it up.
What is Rise?
Rise (RiseWorks) is the payout provider we use to send your earnings securely. To receive payouts, your Rise account must be created, verified, and linked to your Top One Futures dashboard.
1. Create and verify your Rise account
If you do not already have a Rise account:

Sign up | Go to pay.riseworks.io/sign-up
Verify | Register and complete the full verification process
Confirm | Make sure your account shows as verified before moving on. Payouts cannot be processed through an unverified Rise account

2. Link your Rise account on your dashboard

− - Open the Payment tab at the top.
− - Click Add Method.
− - In the Add Payout Method window, select RiseWorks.
− - Enter a Label (for example, "My Rise Account") and the Email associated with your verified Rise account.
− - Click Add Method.
− Once saved, your Rise account will appear under Payout Methods, and you'll be ready to request payouts.

+ 3. Add Method | Click Add Method

+ 5. Enter your details | Enter a Label (for example "My Rise Account") and the Email associated with your verified Rise account
