The Consistency Rule ensures that trading performance is stable and not reliant on a single large trading day. It applies only to funded accounts.
How the 40% rule works
Your largest single trading day must not exceed 40% of your total profits in your current payout cycle.
Formula: Consistency % = (Largest winning day ÷ Total profit) × 100. This value must be 40% or less.
Example | Total profit | Largest winning day | Consistency | Result
Valid | $5,000 | $2,000 | 40% | Valid
Violation | $4,000 | $2,200 | 55% | Not valid
When the rule applies
The consistency rule is checked when you submit a payout request, based on your current total profit at that moment.
How to get below the 40% mark
If your account exceeds the 40% limit, continue trading to increase your total profit, which reduces the percentage impact of your largest winning day.
