In our evaluation program, we operate on a monthly subscription model that renews automatically each month. This article explains how renewals, rebills, and cancellations work, and what you need to do yourself to manage your billing.
Monthly renewal (not every 30 days)
The subscription renews on the same date each month, not after 30 days. For example, if you purchased your evaluation on March 21st, it will renew on April 21st, then May 21st, and so on. You can always check your next renewal date in the Billing section of your account, where you will also see which specific evaluation each subscription is assigned to.
How rebilling and resets work
| Situation | What a rebill does |

Your account is breached | A successful rebill of your subscription will automatically reset your Evaluation account
Your account is not breached | A successful rebill simply extends your current trading period for another month, until your next renewal date, so you can continue your progress
Failed payment / cancellation | If a rebill payment fails, your subscription will be automatically canceled
Important note on canceled subscriptions: once a subscription is canceled, whether you canceled it manually or it was canceled due to a failed payment, no resets will be issued. If your account was still active at the time of cancellation, it will be permanently closed. Once a subscription is canceled, the account cannot be recovered or reactivated under any circumstances.
Managing your subscription
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not cancel automatically. You are responsible for managing your billing.
