Pro Account (First Stage of the Professional Stage)
The Pro Account is not created automatically. Before issuance, the trader must provide explicit written acceptance via email, confirming their intent to proceed into the Professional Stage and acknowledging the applicable operational expectations.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in loss of eligibility.

Pro Account Recognized Profit Cap
Within the Pro execution environment (Tradovate), a recognized profit level of $5,000 serves as the operational migration trigger within the Professional Stage.
Once the account reaches $5,000 in net profit or once the first withdrawal request has been submitted and approved, it may become eligible for migration to the Second phase of this Stage - Rithmic Live Market Execution Environment as part of the Professional Stage progression.
The recognized profit belongs to the trader and remains eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the Professional Account Withdrawal Policy.
This threshold is used only to coordinate the operational transition between execution environments and does not limit a trader’s ability to generate or withdraw profits.
Migration to the Rhitmic - Live Market Execution Environment does not reset the account balance or previously generated profit. Any recognized balance carries forward unless withdrawals were made prior to migration.
Because withdrawals may affect the account’s risk parameters, traders should review the Professional Account Withdrawal Policy and the Drawdown Interaction section before submitting a withdrawal request.
