When trading a FuturesElite Live Funded Account, you agree to the following:
− Protective Stops
+ - Protective Stops
A stop order must be attached to every open position without exception.
− Inactive Accounts
+ - Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no trades for 30 consecutive days will be closed permanently. Any remaining balance will be handled according to your agreement.
− Staying Reachable
+ - Staying Reachable
You must keep your contact details (phone and email) up to date and remain reachable while trading live.
− Account Oversight
+ - Account Oversight
FuturesElite may close trades, pause activity, or terminate an account at any time if risk, compliance, or operational concerns arise. Notice may or may not be provided depending on the situation.
− Eligibility
+ - Eligibility
You cannot hold a Live Account if you have felony convictions or financial crimes on record, have been banned or sanctioned by regulatory authorities, owe money to a clearing firm or broker, or have used fraudulent payment methods or filed chargebacks.
If you are later found ineligible, your account will be closed and no refunds will be issued.
− Responsible Trading
+ - Market Close – 15 Minutes Early
+ Live accounts must have all open positions closed at least 15 minutes before the market closes. If any positions remain open at that time, they will be automatically liquidated.
+ - Responsible Trading
FuturesElite expects professional, disciplined behavior at all times. Misuse of the account or reckless trading may result in suspension or closure.
