How to Login to Deepchart? | FuturesElite FAQ

From your FuturesElite dashboard, please navigate to your active challenge account and click on the “Credentials” button to access your login details.
This will open a popup showing your Deepchart login details (username and password).
Inside the Credentials window, you will see:
- Platform: Deepchart
- Username: (your assigned login)
- Password: (hidden for privacy)
You will also see quick login buttons for Deepchart
To log in to your Deepchart account, follow these steps:
- Copy your username and password from the Credentials popup.
- Open the Dxfeed login page (via the “Login” button).
- Paste your credentials into the login fields.
- Click Login.
Once Login, you will see a "DXfeed Agreement" on top right corner to sign.
After contract sign, you can Download the Platform or trade from Deepchart web. Your License is also Provided which will be required During Deepchart setup.
What should I do if login fails?
- Double-check you copied credentials correctly
- Ensure no extra spaces when pasting
- Reopen the Credentials panel and copy again
