If you add a new card due to a failed renewal, please remember to update the affected subscription with your new card under the Subscriptions section of your Billing tab.
During this retry period, account Resets are temporarily disabled for that subscription. Resets will become available again as soon as your subscription payment successfully processes.
Important: Subscription renewals process early on your rebill date. To avoid unexpected charges or losing the ability to Reset before your next billing cycle, we recommend completing any account Resets the day before your billing date.
