- Your largest single-day profit must be no more than 40% of your total profit during the payout cycle.
- The 40% Consistency Percentage resets after each payout.
- This ensures that profits are earned with consistency, not via one unusually large trading day.

To request a payout, your profits must exceed the buffer balance, which acts as a safety net to avoid hitting Max Loss Limit after a payout. You can not take payout from the buffer balance.

Payout Timing and Processing
- There is no fixed payout window, you may request a payout any day after meeting all eligibility criteria.
- Once approved:
- Funds will be deducted from your account within a few minutes.
- Payouts will be disbursed to your payment method within 2 business days.
What Happens If I Trade After Requesting a Payout?
Funds are deducted from your account within a few minutes of approval.
If you trade after submitting but before approval and your balance drops into the buffer, the request may be denied. If your balance drops below the buffer after deduction, your account is at risk. You should trade as if the payout amount has already been removed from your balance.

General Requirements
To be eligible for a payout from a LucidPro account:
- You must not violate any Trading Rules, Terms & Conditions, or the LucidPro Account Agreement.
- Payout requests are final once submitted, they cannot be edited or canceled.
Profit Split Structure
- All funded account payouts are split 90% to the trader and 10% to Lucid Trading.
- Accounts purchased or reset before 11/28/2025 at 3:00 PM EST are still eligible for 100% on the first $10k.
Payout Eligibility Criteria
All of the following requirements must be met to qualify for a payout. These conditions reset after every approved payout.
1. Minimum Profit Goal
You must earn at least the minimum goal between payout cycles to earn a payout.
