TL;DR: All fees paid for purchases or resets in FundedNext Futures are strictly non-refundable. Once processed, payments cannot be reversed.
At FundedNext Futures, payments are final. Whether you purchase or reset a Challenge, the fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Why are refunds not possible at FundedNext Futures?
- Immediate Costs: As soon as a payment is made, FundedNext incurs costs by paying platforms such as Tradovate or NinjaTrader for account setup.
- Irreversible Processing: Due to these upfront expenses, transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.
We strongly recommend that traders carefully review their Challenge selection, account type, and size before completing a purchase.
