+ Official Apex communications will be sent from email addresses ending in @apextraderfunding.com or @helpdesk.apextraderfunding.com.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live / MSN
Option 1 (Recommended):
- Go to your Junk Email folder
- Right‑click one of our emails
- Select Junk → Never Block Sender
This ensures all future emails from us go directly to your inbox
Option 2 (Manual Safe List):
- Click Settings → Mail → Junk Email
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
- Enter our email/domain (e.g., @apextraderfunding.com)
Gmail (Google)
- Open an email from us
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right
- Select “Add Apex Trader Funding to Contacts”
To prevent future filtering:
- Click the “Show search options” (filter icon) in Gmail

- Add us to your Contacts
- Mark our emails as “Not Spam”
- Create a filter to always allow emails from our domain:
