How to Use Your Reset Credits
- Locate the test account you want to reset and click on the ‘’Reset account’’ button.
- From the payment options menu, select the ‘’Your Credits’’ method.
How to Use Your Credits for a Free Test Account

Please select the ‘’Create New’’ button on the main page inside your user dashboard.
- Select the account size you want to acquire and choose the ‘’Your Credits’’ option as the payment method.

+ Please note that promotions/promo codes cannot be applied to Test Accounts purchased using credits, and Test Accounts purchased using credits are only valid for 60 days.

- Go to the credits section under ‘’Rewards’’ in your user dashboard.
- Find the PRO Account Credit
- Select the ‘’Activate’’ button
To activate a PRO account using a credit, please follow this article.
