When you joined the DayTraders community, you created login credentials for your member account. To log into your member's dashboard click > HERE <.. From your member account, you can manage all your purchases, including any one-time fee products.
To find your credentials, log in to your DayTraders dashboard, where your Platform Login Details and password will be displayed on the right-hand side.

+ Login Attempt Lock for Security
+ For security reasons, the platform will temporarily lock login attempts after too many failed password attempts.
+ If the wrong password is entered too many times, you may see this message:
+ “Too many attempts - try later”
+ When this happens:
+ - The login will be temporarily blocked after 5 failed attempts
+ - The block will reset automatically after about 5 minutes
+ - Wait before trying again
+ - Once the lockout period ends, enter your credentials again carefully
+ Before trying again:
+ - Confirm you are using the correct platform username
+ - Confirm you are using the correct platform password
+ - Make sure there are no extra spaces when copying the credentials
+ - Confirm you are using the platform credentials from your dashboard, not your DayTraders member account password
+ Your DayTraders member dashboard login and your platform login credentials may be different, so always use the Platform Login Details shown in your dashboard when logging into the trading platform.
