1. Refund Policy
- I acknowledge that payments are non-refundable.
- The payment will be processed as a one-time, lifetime fee at the time of sign-up.
- There will be no recurring charges or re-billing beyond the initial payment.
- My account will remain active for the lifetime of the product, with no additional payments required.
2. Account Management
- I am solely responsible for managing my account.
- If I choose to cancel, I understand the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. A new account must be purchased to resume the service.
3. Authorized Payment Methods
- I agree to use only my own credit card(s) for payments.
- I understand that using a credit card not registered in my name may result in permanent account closure.
4. Charge Disputes
- In the event of a charge dispute, the amount will be sent to collections, and I will be responsible for any associated collection and legal fees.
5. Billing for Additional Services
- Charges for extra sessions or upgraded market depth will expire at the end of the calendar month, irrespective of the initial subscription date.
- I must manually renew these additional services each month if desired.
6. Authorization and Accuracy
- I authorize DayTraders to process payments through their merchant account using my credit card.
- I confirm that all information I have provided, including my name and personal details, is accurate and truthful.
7. Logins/user accounts per household
- I understand there may only be one (1) user account per household. If you have nuanced questions about affiliate or household questions, please reach out to support.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact our support team and work with us in good faith to resolve the issue. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may be deemed account abuse and can result in immediate account suspension, investigation, or other enforcement actions under these Terms.
By purchasing accounts, I acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
