Trail accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown: the level follows your highest balance in real time, including open profit, and never moves down. Touching it fails the account.
How it works
- It starts at your starting balance minus the max drawdown.
- Evaluation: it stops trailing once it reaches your profit-target balance.
- Pro Account: it starts again at the full max drawdown and stops at your starting balance.
| Size | Max drawdown | Starts at | Evaluation: stops at | Pro: stops at |
|---|
| 25K | $1,500 | $23,500 | $26,500 | $25,000 |
| 50K | $2,500 | $47,500 | $53,000 | $50,000 |
| 150K | $4,500 | $145,500 | $158,500 | $150,000 |
| 300K | $7,000 | $293,000 | $315,000 | $300,000 |
Example (50K): the level starts at $47,500. If your balance peaks at $52,000, it moves to $49,500.
