+ - The card must be in your own name: paying with another person's card is not allowed.
+ - ACH payments take 3–5 business days to settle and your accounts are created automatically when it settles; please don't cancel or dispute the transfer.

− Once your login credentials are issued, all sales are final. If you contact us early and there has been no trading on the account, we may consider an exception: contact live support.
+ Sales are final once login credentials are issued. Exception: an account that has never been traded, requested within 14 days of purchase, can be refunded to the original payment method minus a $35 fee per account, after review by our billing team.
+ If you still have an older subscription, it renews until you cancel it in the Billing section of your dashboard.
