+ Can I hold forex and index positions over the weekend?
+ No. All open positions on markets that follow trading hours (the forex and
+ index markets marked 24/5 or 23/5) close automatically 15 minutes
+ before the market's scheduled weekend close. A warning on the trade page shows
+ the upcoming auto-close time during the final hour. New positions cannot be
+ opened on those markets after the auto-close time until the market reopens.
+ Auto-closed positions show Weekend Auto-Close in your trade history. See
+ Weekend auto-close.
A tool or footer is unavailable
If the market picker, calculator, chart panel, layout switcher, footer, or
bottom toolbar cannot load, the rest of the page stays available. Select
Refresh beside the unavailable item to reload the page and try again.
You can also close a failed market picker to continue viewing the current
market. The footer's legal, support, and cookie-preference links remain
available in its fallback view.
After an app update, the next page you open loads the new version. A page you
stay on may refresh automatically once to load the new files, or show an
Update Available prompt with a refresh button. Repeated loading failures show a manual refresh option instead of
immediately refreshing again. If the whole page shows Something Went Wrong,
include its error reference when contacting support.

The chart or prices do not load
If prices stop updating, the chart shows Reconnecting while the app tries
again on its own. If it cannot reconnect, you may see Stream Unavailable,
Chart Unavailable, or Prices Can’t Load. Your account, orders, and fills
are not affected.
A working connection alone does not mean fresh prices are arriving. While the
page is visible, about a minute without fresh price updates shows
Stream Unavailable if the upstream feed connection also stops responding,
even when your browser connection still works.
The app attempts one reconnect within the next 30 seconds and clears the warning
when fresh updates or upstream connection responses return. The chart can keep
its last displayed prices during this time; do not treat them as current. Quiet
or closed markets alone do not trigger this warning. After returning from a
background tab, the app allows a fresh grace
period before showing this warning.
If you’re using an ad blocker or VPN, try turning it off. Then select
Retry. If the chart still does not load, contact support and include the
error ID shown on the chart, such as CH-202.
An order was rejected
1. Confirm the active account, market, direction, size, leverage, and order
type.
2. Read the rejection shown in order history or the notification.
3. Check available collateral, open positions, challenge-rule headroom, and
current market availability.
4. Check whether the account is locked by copy trading, a pending payout, or a
terminal account state.
5. If the rejection mentions execution protection, review your Max Market
Slippage or leverage-cap settings.
Do not repeatedly submit the same unchanged instruction. A rejected order does
not mean the platform will accept it on the next click.
If a rejection mentions unavailable or stale market data, the server could not
obtain a fresh execution book. Connected describes your live market-data
connection; it does not guarantee that an order can execute. For quiet Binance
markets, the server can attempt one fresh venue snapshot before rejecting a
missing or stale book, including when submitting an order or closing a
position. This recovery allows up to two seconds, including waiting for a live
update and the snapshot request. Orders sharing a recovery do not trigger
automatic retries. If fresh data still cannot be obtained, wait briefly before
trying again.
A follower did not copy a trade
Confirm that the group is enabled and cleanup is not pending. Then verify that
the follower is active, belongs to the same user, has an allowed stage pairing,
and has enough independent rule and collateral headroom. A follower can reject
an order while the lead continues normally.
Read Copy Trading Guide for the full model.
I cannot trade a follower manually
This is expected while the account belongs to an enabled copy-trading group or
while stop cleanup is still closing positions and canceling orders. Disable the
group, wait for cleanup to complete, then retry.
A setting is unavailable or does not save
Confirm that you are signed in and online. Account-synced settings cannot be
persisted for a signed-out visitor. Refresh after connectivity returns; if the
app shows a support reference, include it when asking for help.
A page fails to load
On Something Went Wrong, select Try Again to reload the current page.
The reload keeps its address, including any filters in the URL, and retries
loading the page's data and files. If it still fails, include the displayed
error reference when contacting support.
The app automatically tries to reconnect and reload the same page once per
browser tab when a protected page loses its session. If your session has
expired, the app returns home so you can sign in again. If you still see
Session Unavailable, select Try Again to reconnect manually or
Back to Home. Automatic recovery requires browser session storage; the
manual options remain available when storage is blocked. This message is
separate from a permissions rejection.
Sounds or notifications are missing
Check both the event toggle and the selected sound under
Notifications settings. Confirm the master volume,
browser tab audio permission, and device volume. Custom uploads must be audio
files within the size accepted by the uploader.
App installation is unavailable
Install support depends on the browser and device. On iPhone or iPad, use the
in-app instructions to add MyFundedPerps to the Home Screen. Other browsers
may show a native install prompt or an install action in their own menu.
Checkout says I reached a purchase limit
Purchases are limited to 30 in any rolling 24 hours, 75 in any rolling 7 days,
and 200 in any rolling 30 days across all plans and payment methods. The notice
on the checkout page names the window you reached and the time you can
purchase again; no payment was taken. Wait until that time, then try again.

how the rolling windows work.
Elite orders also count toward the \$200,000 Elite purchase limit. If an Elite
order would exceed it, the notice shows how much Elite account size remains.
Read Elite purchase limit.
A purchase or invoice is missing
Open Purchase History,
clear search and status filters, and load older rows if needed. Invoices appear
only on purchases for which the invoice action is available. Pending, failed,
and refunded orders remain visible with their current status.
