Changes shown against Version 1.
On a competition that checks your residence country, the competition page
shows Complete Account Details instead of Join Competition until you
finish your account details. Completing them brings you back to the
competition page, where you can join.
Disqualification
Breaking a competition's rules can lead to disqualification. A disqualified entry leaves the leaderboard and can't win a prize.
When an entry is disqualified, its competition account is closed:
- Open orders are cancelled.
- Open positions are closed at the market price.
- Your other accounts are not affected.
If your competition account is still open after your entry ends, it can only reduce or close positions. New trades that open or add to a position are rejected with a message that your competition entry has ended.
If a disqualification is reversed, your entry returns to the leaderboard and your competition account reopens. Orders and positions closed at disqualification are not restored, so the account starts again with no open positions.
− If your MyFundedPerps account is banned, your active competition entries are
− disqualified and their competition accounts are closed. A winner whose account
− is banned when results are finalized does not receive a prize.
+ If your MyFundedPerps account is banned, or banned from competitions, your
+ active competition entries are disqualified and their competition accounts are
+ closed. A winner whose account is banned, or banned from competitions, when
+ results are finalized does not receive a prize.
Provisional and final results
A competition's standings stay provisional for a short time after trading closes while closing scores settle. The page labels them Provisional Standings until results are final, then Final Standings. Prizes follow the final standings.
A prize shown as To be determined has not been announced yet. Its page updates when the prize is set, which happens before the competition ends.
For the rules, prizes, and daily case draws of the launch competition, see Launch competition. For account paths and the free reset in the October Competition, see October competition.

How the Competitions page shows the competition running now, what is scheduled next, and the results of every finished competition.
What the page shows
Competitions lists every public trading competition in three parts:
| Section | What you see |
|---|
Current competition | The competition running now: its countdown, trading window, participants, first-place prize, and the top of its leaderboard. When nothing is running, a competition that finished in the last three days shows its standings here instead, with each trader's return, the number of winners, and the top return. If you took part, your final rank, the top percentage you finished in, your return, and your prize appear there too.
Upcoming | Competitions that are scheduled or open for registration, soonest first, each with its first-place prize and a countdown to the next step (registration opening, trading starting, or registration closing, whichever comes first).
Past Competitions | Finished competitions with final standings. The most recent one shows its full prize structure and top standings; earlier ones show their top three traders.
Competition dates and times show in your own time zone, followed by its abbreviation, such as PDT or SGT.
Standings on the Competitions page refresh on the same schedule as each competition's own leaderboard, and the leaderboard header shows when they were last updated.
Joining and trading
Select a competition's name, Join Competition, View Competition, or View Results to open its own page. Joining, the full leaderboard, prizes, and rules all live on that page, and Competitions at the top of it returns you to the list.
If you have already joined the current competition, the Competitions page shows your rank, equity, and whether your rank wins a prize. Trade Now opens your competition account.
Some competitions require a linked X account. On those, the competition page shows Link X Account instead of Join Competition until you connect one. Linking takes you to X to approve the connection and then back to the competition page, where you can join. You can also connect X under Connected Accounts in Profile settings. Each X account can be linked to only one MyFundedPerps account.
Some competitions open registration before trading starts and create your competition account when trading begins. If you join one of these early, the competition page confirms you're registered and your account appears automatically within a few minutes of the start. You can't trade until then.
When a competition requires an eligible residence country, an approved
country exception applies only to that country on your account. You must
still meet the competition's other entry requirements.

If a disqualification is reversed, your entry returns to the leaderboard and your competition account reopens. Orders and positions closed at disqualification are not restored, so the account starts again with no open positions.
If your MyFundedPerps account is banned, your active competition entries are
disqualified and their competition accounts are closed. A winner whose account
is banned when results are finalized does not receive a prize.
