Prop Firm Rule Changes. Tracked Daily.
Your morning update on futures prop firm rule changes, refreshed overnight.
We track the published rules and policies of 32 futures prop firms and keep every version, so when a firm edits a rule we have the before and after in writing. Most of what changes is really nothing: a fixed typo, a clarified sentence, a word added here and there. But real changes stand out fast, and you can literally watch rules and policies tighten line by line. Payout terms creep, consistency thresholds drop, and prices quietly climb. It works the other way too: sometimes payouts improve and rules loosen, and when that happens it’s usually one of our Premier firms.
Most of the tightening shows up on the Unlisted side, firms we track but haven’t listed on PickAPropFirm.com. When a firm with a rough reputation starts gaining traction on rock-bottom prices, promoted by affiliates who would scam their own grandma for a commission, the discount usually costs you somewhere else, and that somewhere shows up here. If a plan looks too good to be true, it almost always is.
Starred changes are the ones we think deserve your attention; the full feed below is everything we caught, right down to the typo fixes.
Treat this page like your morning paper. It updates overnight, so grab your coffee and see what changed. – Jmu (@jmutrades)

Your last payout was approved yesterday and you have made $700 since. The progression rule lets you request up to $1,400, twice your new profit. The 50K maximum is $1,000, so you request $1,000 and receive $900 after the 90/10 split, less the 2% processing fee, so $882 arrives. Your balance becomes $52,400 and your drawdown limit stays locked at $50,100. If you do not meet the progression rule, the request is declined. That is not a breach. Keep trading and request again once at least half of the amount you want is profit made since your last payout. Two checks run on every request. The progression rule above is one. The 60 second holding rule below is the other. Both have to pass, and a request can fail either one on its own.
- Minimum payout: $500 on every account size. - Processing: within 48 hours of your request. - Processing fee: 3% is deducted from every payout to cover payment and transaction costs, so the amount that arrives is slightly below the figure on your payout certificate. Account size | Profit buffer | Minimum balance to request | Maximum per payout 25K | $1,100 | $26,100 | $650 · · · The daily progression rule At least 50% of every payout request must be profit generated since your last approved payout. Put another way, you can request up to twice the profit you have made since your last payout, within the minimum and maximum above. For your first payout, all profit above the buffer counts as new profit. Example on a funded Daily 50K: Your balance is $53,400, which is $1,300 above the $52,100 buffer. Your last payout was approved yesterday and you have made $700 since. The progression rule lets you request up to $1,400, twice your new profit. The 50K maximum is $1,000, so you request $1,000 and receive $900 after the 90/10 split, less the 3% processing fee, so $873 arrives. Eligible example You trade a 50K account to $54,000 and receive a first payout of $2,000, leaving the account at $52,000. · · · A $2,000 request requires at least $1,000 in new profit, so you are not yet eligible to submit that request. Continue trading until the requirement is met. Additional requirement for Instant Classic After the first payout on an Instant Classic account, you must surpass your previous equity high, meaning the account equity level reached before your last withdrawal, before requesting another payout. If your Instant Classic account was created after August 7, 2026, you must satisfy both the previous-equity-high requirement and the new-profit requirement. Daily Payouts The new-profit requirement above applies to Daily Payouts, where it is called the daily progression rule: at least 50% of what you request must be profit made since your last approved payout. The rest of this article does not apply to Daily Payouts. There is no winning day requirement and no consistency rule on the funded account, so nothing resets between payouts, and there are no payout windows. You can submit your next request 24 hours after the last one. What happens if my recurring payout request is declined? A declined request is not a breach and carries no account penalty. Continue trading and submit another request once all requirements are met, during an available payout window on the plans that use them. Before requesting another payout Make sure that: - You have completed the required winning days. - You meet the consistency rule that applies to your account. - You meet the new-profit requirement if your account is subject to it. - You have surpassed the previous equity high if you trade an Instant Classic account. - Your request meets the minimum payout amount and applicable payout cap. - You submit the request during an available payout window, unless you are on Daily Payouts, which has none.

Questions
What is Rule Radar?
Rule Radar is our daily record of rule and policy changes across 32 futures prop firms. When a firm edits a rule, adds a page, or deletes one, the change shows up here with the exact lines that changed.
How often does it update?
Daily. New changes land by early morning US time, so check it like a morning paper.
Where does the data come from?
Straight from each firm’s own published pages. We keep every version and compare them line by line, so nothing here is secondhand.
What does a starred change mean?
A starred change is one we think actually matters, like payout terms, rule tightening, or pricing. Most edits are typos and clarifications, and those stay in the full feed above.
